Terrible service 2nd time this week they cant deliver a package 8 miles to my house

I had two packages that were supposed to be delivered yesterday 02/27, but no one was home, so they didn't leave them. That's fine! But where it got frustrating for me was when I called FedEx 800 number and asked them if there was anyway they could try to re-deliver the same day, the gentleman told me as long as I go leave a note with the tracking numbers and my signature, the driver would deliver it. So I did that. Now, mind you, I had to go home from work and do this. Feeling uneasy about this arrangement, I called FedEx back, and the lady I spoke to reassured me that the packages WOULD BE delivered that same day. Fast forward to the end of business on yesterday, I call FedEx AGAIN and the lady called the local facility to ask if the driver was going to deliver my packages and was put on hold for a good 10 minutes. But when she finally spoke to the local facility, they told her that the driver could not deliver my packages until today, 02/28. But the FedEx rep I was speaking to asked if I wanted the local facility to hold the packages off the outgoing truck the next day so I could go up there and just pick them up myself. And of course I said yes. FINALLY, I'm getting somewhere. So I go up there this morning, and tell the guy what I need, and he looks through his computer and says he sees my packages in the system. He proceeded to give me a phone number to the warehouse and told me they would bring my packages to me. I call them and get put on hold while they check where my packages are. They picked up the phone and told me they were put on the outgoing truck. Are you freaking kidding me??? There was ABSOLUTELY no communication with the FedEx people who were handling my issue. So, to say I am frustrated with these folks is an absolute understatement!!!

FedEx driver drove right past my house with my package on the truck. Cost me a $1000 job the next day. Customer went with another person because I couldn’t do the job the next morning. Thanks!!!

Fed ex is the worst. Local drivers seem to be trying the best they can. But distribution is another story they are never on time . And can never tell you where the package is. If you get it under 3 weeks from order date consider yourself lucky. I’ve had packages show up 3 months later

They are lazy and don't want to work, they just throw out packages and leave them in the middle of the driveway in the rain instead of bringing them to the porch out of the rain!

The people who work at this facility have a death wish or something. I work on the same street as this one and they will come flying down the street, passing in the turning lane, and that's even in their personal vehicles! When they're in the big vehicles, they don't stop to look if anyone is coming before they pull out and they drive just as fast. They're a danger on the road, even when not working and should be more careful, if not for themselves then for the other people. No one's packages are that important. If you're going to be late to work, you're just going to be late. Chill out and quit putting other people's lives in danger because you need to be at work in 2 minutes.

For the past year FedEx Macon has not delivered to our house. One 3-4 occasions the driver could not find us (UPS and USPS have had no problem. We are on a corner. Easy to find. The driver in each occasion changed our address themself to a person with the same name but different middle initial and proceeded to reliever to the wrong address. So we tried using my wife’s name. And just the week didn’t deliver again and it was sent back to seller as undeliverable.It’s to the point we cannot buy anything if they ship FedEx. DHL and even the pony express would be better.Don’t understand how a company could be run so poorly.My wife called 2-3 times and they didn’t believe the driver changed our shipping label and when they finally understood it was the driver they said they’d take care of it.Nope they didn’t. After that they didn’t care when called.Use anyone beside the company. Horrible. Would rate a zero if given the option.

Never delivers packages within the delivery window. Then says by end of day, they never come. Always a day late.

Do not put my packages in my driveway in front of my garage!! Packages go on my front porch out of the rain. Don’t drive your FedEx truck in my driveway.Also box was dropped and damaged.

Horrible delivery service, multiple peices of furniture have been damaged. I also got them on my Ring camera throwing a box out of the van which caused one of the chairs to crack. Y’all need to train your employees how to properly handle a package especially if it’s heavy. It’s either poor raining or laziness either way someone needs to be held responsible for the damage. Y’all need to do better.

For some reason they are unable to deliver packages to my daughter's house. Mostly delivering them to a different house, for years now.

They WILL steal your package and lie about it. Additionally aside from Tammy, customer service is the worst. They talk to you with attitude, talk over you, and fail to listen to any vital information you provide. I will never order anywhere else that uses this FedEx hub or do business with them again.

The worst. Tried serval times to figure out why my packages were being sent to the WRONG address. Nobody would tell me anything or really try to help.
