I ordered a package from Walmart and I was supposed receive it on a Wednesday of one week and have not received it yet I am very displeased with fedex grounds service every fed ex number I’ve called no one can tell me anything about my package.I never won’t a fedex ground to deliver a package for me at all.

Nice facilities...not as bad as many would say everyone engaged and working. I experienced this location first hand..

The company lost my package though their driver issued a receipt and initialed it saying it was delivered. To where no one seems to know. Operators don't seem to be on sane page either as one tells me one thing and the other something else. Effective Communication is key to success.
