Absolutely awful service. My son's Christmas gift was supposed to be delivered last Thursday. Says the package is out for delivery, but has not been delivered. Representatives are useless. I called and asked if they could just hold my package at the facility for us to pick it up yesterday morning, but was told no and was assured that the representative made it a priority delivery and was promised delivery yesterday. Nothing arrived. Absolutely useless. Just a bunch of people screwing around with others time and money. It's unfortunate I can't leave less than one star.

I had a large package to ship that was turned down by other drop off points. The FedEx Ship Center handled the task with ease and courtesy.

I have been waiting for a package sent two weeks ago to a facility 45 minutes from my residence. I am sure this is the 6th or more time I get the message my item is out for delivery, yet it has yet to be delivered. I have spoken with two separate FedEx reps who have been totally useless. I don’t want to hear sorry, I want to know why the delay. I want to know if my item is lost, stolen…….. I see FedEx trucks in my area throughout the week and no delivery to my doorstep. I was even told I assure you this will be fixed and a rep will contact you…I was told the item was on the truck and out for delivery (that was two days ago….. no calls, no follow ups, no package yet. Totally unacceptable. I’d score less than one star if I could go into the negatives.

How is FedEx still in business. One package is 2 days late, another package is a day late. Can’t talk to a human on the phone, no explanation why packages are late. Just says out for delivery. Canceled my orders to get my money back. Will never do business with a company that ships with FedEx.

I've had more than one bad experience with Macon GA Fedex service. Seven months ago, I had to go over to Macon and pick up my package because they kept putting it off because of inclement weather, even when it was followed by several days of sunshine. I got tired of waiting. Before that, the driver failed to deliver a package and it got returned to sender. The driver claimed that it was undeliverable, which wasn't true. Finally, the most recent problem was because of the hurricane and after the hurricane was gone, it was listed as pending. So I called the 800 number and somehow was able to get past the voice automation and speak to a supervisor. I was very livid to her about what was going on. However, she was very nice and she put me on hold while she called the facility in Macon and got it worked out so that they put my package on the truck for the next day. She reassured me that I would definitely get my package the next day. She kept her word and I received it the next day, just like she told me. Her name was Patti, and she was very nice and understanding. I thank her very much for keeping her word and for all her help. She came through for me. As for the facility in Macon, I believe that they have a very incompetent staff working there. I really despise having to deal with that, which is why from now on when I order something, I'll make sure to have it shipped by USPS or UPS, because I've never had these problems with either of them. I tell the place that I'm ordering from to please DO NOT use Fedex. I've just had way too many problems with Fedex. If Fedex is the only thing they use, I just won't order from there. I'll shop around and find someplace else that doesn't use Fedex. I'm done with Fedex. My nerves just can't tolerate incompetence. I've heard that they have been a couple months behind, whatever that means. I've also heard that they've downsized or something like that. Who knows. I know one thing, if I could give them zero stars I would.

FedEx is the absolute worst shipping provider. Unreliable and unprofessional. In the last two weeks I've had 2 packages delivered nearly a week late (despite paying extra for expedited shipping), and two packages weren't delivered at all. Customer support is absolutely useless. There's no way to contact the local FedEx shipping center for assistance. Drivers flat out lie about attempting delivery. In the future I will refuse to do business with any seller that insists on using FedEx as their shipping provider. USPS, UPS, and DHL are exponentially better options. Don't use FedEx if you need a your package delivered on time.

I paid extra for fast shipping and it’s been over a week and I never received my package. I was supposed to receive it on 8/20 so I could have it ready for university but it never showed up. I contacted customer service over 6 times and each one of them told me that it was my fault or Best Buy’s fault. One customer service lady even told me that if I really wanted my package, she would give me the address so I could pick up the package myself. I live 5 hours away from the Fedex location, why would I pick up something that was supposed to be delivered to me?? They said they would call me back and let me know if they found my package, but it’s been 6 days and I haven’t gotten a call or email. What probably happened was that a fedex worker probably stole my package and they don’t want to do anything about it. That’s why UPS and USPS are better

Worst place ever. I hope this place closes down. I have been waiting for days for my package to arrive with three of the days being weather delays. On two of those days it was sunny. Today it was sunny and they lied about attempting to deliver my package. I am beyond frustrated with the drivers this place hires. Get your act together Fed ex cause this is sad and ridiculous.

Have had a shipment overnight shipped to me for work and first, a driver lied and said they attempted to deliver the package, even though no-one had come to my door (ring camera) & my address was the correct one on file... also the next day when inquiring about my package I come to find out that they lost it basically and I have to call back every hour to see if they found it yet even though they stated they were going to call me.

Two separate shipments, the same item, one expedited, first one out for delivery with an expected date of 7/28/23. Item delayed called and the customer service rep blamed Nike for the issue, so I reached out to Nike and they begged to differ and they chose to resend the same item again expedited at that. The expected delivery date was 8/4/23, still no delivery… A FedX driver pulled up to the house on the morning of 8/5/23 was outside for about 5 minutes.. The driver never showed their face, so I walked away from the door in hopes of them delivering the item… Came back to the door driver gone nothing delivered..? No updates until around 11pm 8/5/23 and it still reads out for delivery with a pending delivery date.. FYI I needed these shoes for my baby’s first day of school.. 8/2/23.. Would not ever recommend using FedX‼️

FedEx delivered a bench weighing 51 lbs. Stood the box on the ground and leaned it against our mailbox down at the street. A neighbor was the box and called us. Someone could have drove by and took this boxed bench. The delivery person should have brought the box up to our porch or put it by the garage door. This is unacceptable. Poor service. Every day my package says out for delivery and has not been delivered, it has been 4 days of this same thing. This is an on-going thing, we generally use ups but there was no option this time, It would have been faster to walk to Columbus Ohio than wait for fed ex to deliver a package

Hi,I have a very important package for dental hygiene school that I have been waiting to receive that was supposed to be delivered 7/12/23. It is now 7/20/23. I have paid for the 2 day delivery option since this item is an expensive teeth model that I need for class. When I look at my tracking information it says that on the 12th-14th my package was attempted to be delivered but no one was home. I work from home so I am home all day sitting at my desk right next to the front door window that gives me a good view of my porch and street. Every day I see the FedEx van pass by. Sometimes they sit there in my small apartment complex’s parking lot for a few minutes then leave or they just drive past by. The drivers are too lazy to get out their trucks and falsify information claiming no one is at home or no adult is available to sign for package. I have never gotten a knock at my door or a note for pick up. I have also not been contacted to come to a FedEx location to pick up my package even though they stopped “attempting” even delivering my package. I am leaving for vacation this afternoon and will not be back until 07/31/23. I have been waiting on my package for EIGHT DAYS over my estimated delivery time.

Had 2 packages marked as delivered, driver used an inaccurate photo showing only the one box I did get as proof he delivered both, sat on hold for an hour- only to be told they couldn’t help me because they were marked as delivered. Said the truck was packed in Macon so here I am, reviewing this place specifically.

So inconsistent. I have a monthly subscription order. Half the time they deliver with no problem, the other half of the time they claim “no one was there to received it” No one HAS to be there to receive it every other time? My package was supposed to be delivered Friday but “no one was there”. When I called they said it could be delivered Monday or I can go pick it up from the FedEx shop center Saturday. They are open 9-5pm. We drove to pick it up. And the gates were closed and they claimed to be closed even though it said online they were open and 3 representatives told me to go there and get my package.
