I just went to family dollar the cashier didn't greet me when I entered the store. When I checked out she was on the phone with the speaker on I could hear everything the other person was saying. She didn't tell them to hold on she just kept talking and ringing me up. Talking loud too she really didn't care. OMG ?? I was like wow

My whole thing with this Family Dollar is the outside garbage which you can see as you drive by. The inside is redone it's nice, but the amount of trash is an eyesore for the community. Why can't they clean that up?

Horrible! No shopping carts, boxes and carts full of merchandise in the aisle that needs to be stocked, trash all over parking lot, this was a good store 2 years ago. It has DRASTICALLY GONE DOWN!

The manager and staff are rude ever time I go in the store they don't wear a mask you have to take your things to your car and come back in the store and get your things you can't take the cart out side they don't disinfect the carts

This store need to be CLOSED AND DEMOLISHED!!! I’m not from Macon, been here for a year now and I Its always SOMETHING every time I go in this store. The machines are constantly down or freezing. (Cash only process) its 2020 18% of the WORLD Carries cash. There is always JUNK in the aisles. The employees USES the carts. The lack there of. So you have to use a hand basket or just your hands. The employees (Including management) always on their phone or playing (inappropriate) music. EXTREMELY unprofessional. The trash area is constantly overflowing pouring into the streets. DISGUSTING. I’m so over this location. Do they not have auditing or corporate evaluations? Because they lack customer service, organization and manners. It just needs to be torn down and replaced.
