Even though it states this store closes at 10pm the employees closes the store whenever they see fit. Last night (3/5/23) I went to the store located on Napier because on Google it states that they close at 10pm, got there at 930pm to pick up some plates and the male employee was standing at the door. As I proceeded to reach for the door he stated they were closed. I stated your sign says 10pm it's just 930pm. He says sorry maam. And I told him I only wanted 1 item. .... didn't matter they were closed. This is one of the many reasons family dollars will not get my family's dollars anymore .......

I don't know if this is the store near american blvd. My first experience was horrible. The employees had each others back with treating people any kind of way and the one cashier i got made me feel real stupid o er a misunderstanding on a product. I was being bullied. Not a familiar face in the hood and i got stereotyped. I am human. Please people examine your hearts. God bless. Sorry for the negative comment but i have to tell the truth.
