DON'T BUY ANY MILK FROM FAMILY DOLLAR BECAUSE THE MILK IS SPOILED, ALSO CHECK THE DATE ON EVERYTHING BEFORE YOU BUY IT. IF THE STORE IS CLOSED AT 9:30 THEN CALL THE FAMILY DOLLAR COMPLAINTS DEPARTMENT AND LET THEM KNOW. SINCE FAMILY DOLLAR HAS A PART-TIME MANGER THE MANGER CLOSED THE DOOR DOWN BEFORE 10 P.M. AND IT NOT RIGHT, JUST GO TO DOLLAR TREE AND GET YOUR ITEMS ARE DOLLAR GENERAL

Should change the store hours to 9:30 PM or 9:00 PM. Doors lock at 9:20 PM sharp. Even with customers still checking out. This store does not allow anyone at all through the doors after 9:20PM. Store signage and google states 10PM but this is most definitely not true. Don't waste your time stopping at all if it's 9:20 or after.

This store doesn't add cash to cash app like cash app app states. Or they deny the ability to do it. Store is organized, employees are polite.

This store and the employees are just the rudest. Family Dollars advertises cash back but whenever you try to get cash back at this store they put up signs and tell you no. This store says it loads cards another falsification per the workers. The food is outdated. I bought a bag of chips from June 2023. And they tried to not take them back. They put products on the shelf that are busted open nasty and expired. And this is the big one Jaz and Vetta who thank God I haven't seen along with a few others smoke their weed right in front of the door. Then the new kristy claims she cant discount destroyed products but want us in this neighborhood to buy the products at full price even if some or most of it is missing or destroyed. They play that raunchy music and respect no one kids nor adults. This store needs to be torn down. I'm sick of it and I'm sure alot of others in the community is as well. I think it's time someone complained to the city about this store.

I hate this store. I won't be back. I kept giving them chance after chance and they are just awful. Today( on a saturday) they have one cashier who can'multitask. She wants to have long drawn out conversations with every customer. She rings slow and bags slow. You can be efficient and still provide great customer service.

The cashiers don't count your change out to you. I was shorted $10.00 and charged twice for an item. When I gave them the item back to get the over charge refunded, they didn't give that item back. This is not the only family dollar that has done the exact same thing. CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS before leaving these stores. Dollar General too.
