This place needs to be closed down. They are not professional or on the same page. The guy who works there is not as bad as young lady who give false information!! Need to go to training class. The manager of the branch is useless!! Worse experience I've ever had ! Wouldn't recommend this location.

Arrived at the Atlanta airport 11/4 with a car reservation and was told no cars available. They were sold out. This happened to several other customers as well. We were told to come back tomorrow or call for a refund

Horrible service. I was told that I could cancel with no penalty, only for them to charge me 50 dollars for the cancellation. This is completely unacceptable to be told one thing and then something else is done.

I used to be an Enterprise customer until I found this location. They are always on top of it, have a great inventory of cars, excellent customer service, and are so helpful and friendly. I travel a bit for work, so I am thankful for this location and the people that work here!

Horrible waste of time! Probably a fraudulent company. We had a reservation at the Atlanta airport. Waited an hour in the queue just to check in. Then we were told it would be another 3+ hours to get the car. There were about 100 customers just waiting around for a car. After waiting an additional 2 hours, with 3 small children mind you, we cancelled, paid a little more and got a car immediately from Alamo.

Had a reservation and arrived to pickup but was told that they didn't have any cars. Don't take reservations if you don't have cars available! Was stuck with no way to get back to Fl.

Terrible, after turning vehicle in within a few days my father in law started receiving harassing calls, stating he never turned in the vehicle, called the office in Macon, they stated his account was closed, still received harrassing calls, called office again, same info, called customer service, after being on hold for more than 15 minutes still no help at all!

The worst fraudulent company I have met in 66 years. Charged me $212 tax for returning to different location, never mentioned in online quote. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM, PLEASE.

If I could give 0 stars I would! We needed a rental due to accident. I received a text to give an hour notice. TRIED to call an hour before but received no answer. On the 3rd try she answered and had me on hold for 15 minutes. Hung up and called again. She finally answered and was told that she didn't have cars ready so she would call me later to let me know when one was available. Told her that was fine and that we were on the way. Got to the office at 5:10 only to find out she closed at 5. NEVER RECEIVED A CALL BACK! Next day called back she answered and was put on hold for another 15 mins. Hung up and called back several times with no answer. So we switch to Enterprise. Worst customer service I have ever had.
