I BOUGHT INS FOUND CHEAPUER AND BETTER CANCELED THEY CHARGEDBME FOR CANCELLING A SIR CHARRGE SO 14 DAYS IF INSURANCE COST ME 310.00 BUT I WAS REFUNDED 19.33!!!! DONT BUY FROM DIRECT INS THEY ARE WORSE THAN A TITLE PAWN STORE!!!!!!!!

I had a great experience when I spoke with the licensed agent Bianca Brown. She was extremely helpful and the quote she gave me was better than any of the other agencies that I called. I will definitely be changing my insurance to direct Auto insurance.
