As the mother of the groom, I was determined to find the same tie my son would be wearing for his upcoming wedding. Despite my initial disappointment when the local Dillards and online store didn't have it in stock, my hope was restored by calling the Dillards my son had purchased the tie at in Macon GA.
Elle, Customers Service, promptly returned my call and listened attentively to my request, showing genuine empathy for the importance of this purchase. She went above and beyond by connecting me with the men's department manager, Jenny, who not only found the last tie in stock but also handled the transaction and shipping process seamlessly.
I am incredibly grateful for their dedication and understanding, which allowed me to fulfill my desire to wear a matching tie with my son on his special day. This level of customer service is truly exceptional and deserves recognition.

Liz in the Suits section absolutely changed the trajectory of my little brother’s night. We came from men’s warehouse where my brother was made fun of about his size with inappropriate comments, and then told that they didn’t have anything for him and go to Dillard’s. My goodness are we glad we did! Liz was so welcoming, professional and honestly like a mom. I am very protective of my brother and was so relaxed that he was in good hands. Service was above and beyond and he left with an amazing suit and a great confidence. If you want a personal, professional and fun experience. This is the place to go. I was shopping for something to wear to my mother's funeral. I was able to find multiple options (I am plus sized). I bought extra items so I could make my final decision at home, intending to return whatever I didn't wear. The return process was virtually effortless. The staff on both trips were knowledgeable professionals who obviously care about doing their jobs well.

Amaya Soto was so sweet and helpful at the make up counter. We talked Estée Lauder and Lancôme. She helped me with foundation matching and the pre free gift thing as well.

When you walk in you feel as if you're welcome. People at the doors would always say welcome to Dillard's. My mother loves coming here because they have her petite size. I wish I had gotten the lady's name who helped my mother but she was so friendly.

Not great customer service. I was looking at strollers and received no help and then another couple comes up and two people go over to help them without even asking me if I need help. Lady who checked us out was really sweet though

Debra from Women’s Shoes was so customer driven. She is really an asset to the store. She was so courteous and helpful. She did not mind checking for sizes that we needed. Great customer service, Debra, top notch service!
