Pulled up to get my mother's heart meds and a short woman with a bowl haircut ran and locked the window. Another woman opened and said we close at 8. I went to look at my phone and she said what do you need. Never again. I left and will make sure that no one in my family gets meds sent over elsewhere. Not the first time they have Lied. Woman with the bowl haircut needs to learn to tell time and not lie to people picking up important meds.

This is the slowest, worst pharmacy I have ever been to in the entire world. Post Covid something happened, and I am unsure what.. but I assure you I will never be coming back here. There is a real lack of pace and responsibility and just overall structure. My last 3 visits have all taken 15-30 minutes to pick up a prescription which is absolutely wild. Please don’t use this pharmacy. Use anyone, besides this pharmacy.

2 stars for clean restroom. Pharmacist is a PoS. Mad at people asking if had the medicine. We don’t like having to hunt for it either. 40something African guy. Do not recommend

Absolutely the worst pharmacy experience. Poor customer service. Poor communication. Never got the prescription filled. Then tried to transfer to another cvs (we were traveling and passing thru). They never transferred the script. Do not go to this pharmacy - find a Walgreens or local pharmacy.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I had to take a brace back that didnt fit my husband who is elderly and disabled.They wanted to charge more for the exchange because I supposedly had a coupon for the first return. I would have just paid the difference but the front end manager...tall white man was just incredibly rude. I described him because they may have more than one front end manager. I would never do business here again. Just RUDE.

Pizza time? I saw the goole map and checked closing time and went cvs bass rd. It was 9:45pm. Officially closed time is 10pm. I need Motrin for my son immediately on my way back home. Door was lock but all the light was on. Couple Minutes later one employee bring the Mellow mushroom pizza and she call the coworker to open the door. I asked can I go in? But she said it’s closed. What?? They close early for eat the pizza?? Disappointed!!

Wrong medication given. ( Gave me an injectable instead of tablets that were prescribed! Very dangerous things going on there due to lack of staff). Directions not included on one prescription,speak with the pharmacy, on hold more than 30 minutes and srill nobody is answering!!!

Cherish in the CVS Pharmacy provide horrible customer service. When I pulled up I extended my ID and method of payment. She said hold on, closed the window and immediately opened it. Then I gave her my information again. She said it would be a wait. No problem. There was no one in the drive and they were worried about wait times and wanted me to move so that there time would not be high. I told her I had no problem with waiting but she kept coming to the window. I tried to go ahead and pay for my Rx but I was told I couldn’t. I would understand if someone was behind me or there was a line but there was none. There is one thing if I am holding people up, but being worried about a counter that should be accurate is different. I’ve never had this type of poor service at CVS.
