Doesn't care if you're 63 years old. They are close to being nurses, don't they know the importance of especially blood pressure meds. They have the worst attitude and they play right in front of you. I want to talk to corporate. I'm calling....

Placed an online order and received confirmation that they were working on it via text msg. Never got a text that it was canceled; however, got an email about it. There were no explanation for cancelation. It said sorry for the inconvenience. Tried to call for explanation but kept getting disconnected. They didn't try to call back. I did not have a good experience. Customer service was horrible. I do not recommend going to this CVS location on Gray Hwy Macon. GA.

Possible HIPAA violations and long wait times. I went after work and waited 45 minutes on the drive through before even getting to the window. Once they are the lady handed me a clipboard to sign for my medication and underneath my receipt was a 20 Other receipts of people that had already signed that day and I was able to flip through them and see peoples’ names. This seems like a HIPAA violation and I will not be returned to this location.

I went to the Macon , ga. CVS the whole staff was rude and unprofessional the could not get my prescription right mixing me up with my twin brother I am a lady I did not get my eye drops I will never use CVS on gray highway in Macon Ga again ..

Its sad my wife has the flu been waiting for her medicine for 13 hours and its still not ready like that is pathetic what are yall doing how does it take that long to put medicine in a bottle and throw it in a bag! Ill update whenever we finally get her medicineOk update still no answer still no medicine now its been 19Hours and counting called to speak to manager she got on the phone put me on hold and told me she was going back to the pharmacy to find out what was going on i sat on hold 63 minutes i called back to be told the manager is busy now and cant take my call even though she had me waste 63 minutes of my life on a fake hold that she never intented on doing anything about. I see now why all the cvs macon are closing they suck at their job 100 percent the manager should be ashamed of herself she should be fired or better yet shut the whole store down its trash anyways i see why it has a 2.2 star rating should be a negative. My opinion is yall need to quit and go flip burgers or something because you are not fit to run a pharmacy.

2 stars only because coming here as a just a store isn’t all that bad and the package send off is easy too BUT GOD FORBID YOU COME HERE FOR THE PHARMACY was told I store it’d be 20 minutes wait (whilst workers were hanging around gossiping) - went got food ate THEN went back waiting forever in line for the drive thru to be told it would be another 30 minutes and being told to come inside repeatedly with our baby in the car at this point it’d already been close to an hour of waiting

As I am typing this I've been on hold since 4:15 it is now an hour of waiting for the pharmacy. I had to call my doctor by 5 to see if my medication would be covered and Noone has came to phone. The app doesn't provide the cost because instead of filling my prescription they but it on hold because the price but they want you to call to get the price. You can't get the price waiting on hold for hours at a time. Horrible !!

It's awesome that this is a 24-hour location. They didn't have the specific item I was shopping for "Sweet Oil" but had other products for earache. Late night pharmacy location, people were able to get their prescriptions, which I feel is a plus.

Waited over 45 mins in line to get to the counter for the cashier to say they don’t have 1 of the important medicines my son needed. After asking did they call another cvs to see if they had the medicine they magically have the medicine in stock… then I was told it would be 15 mins for it to be ready and they would call my name once it’s ready. They called my name and told me I had to wait in line again which took another 45mins…. I will NEVER USE THIS PHARMACY AGAIN

Have called 3 times regarding a prescription and been put on hold for a total of nearly 2 hours, have had to wait in line for an hour to even pick up a prescription, this place I absolutely ridiculous, will be changing pharmacies bc the service here is unacceptable.
