Absolutely fantastic experience. I could only do a few lessons before moving, but the Jumpstart was great and sorely needed. Steven was great 1 on 1 and his sports background really helped in dealing with an old ankle injury.

I have been part of 4 gyms in Macon, and this is the first one where I found what I was looking for. The coaches are focused on helping you and improving your technique. The atmosphere is perfect, everyone supports you and cheers you on. Steven and his passion for what he does takes this gym to another level.
