By far my worst experience in this store. The sales lady was on her phone the whole time I had to keep repeating myself. It was like she wasn’t trying to help. Honestly she looked a lil hungover.

After making many attempts to purchase a new phone, my boyfriend and I came into the Cricket store to purchase an new phone. As I came into the store, JurRecia give us an pleasant welcome and helped us with our concerns very well. She also was very patient. She made sure the recent purchase was set up properly before we left the store. Out of all the employees, she made us feel the most comfortable to talk in the store. THANKS JurRecia!!!!
