This service sucks im sorry they're is no way there should be so many Spontaneous interruptions..I work from home and this is messing with my money, And the billing that is promised seems to double over time.Don't waste your time with this service provider. P.S. my name has been wrong in the system since the day I got it and they have yet to correct it... Now, if you can't even fix the customer's name.What makes you think you'll be able to keep the service up and running with No interruptions... I'll wait

Poor poor customer service.
I have had an internet outage in my area for nearly a day and a half now
And everytime i call the customer service number they tell me that its being worked on and no further info is available at this time.
I have been a customer for over 4-5 years now and im going to cancel service as of today!!!!

I was trying to move my service, went into the store and they got me around all the corporate BS they would have forced on me if I did it myself online. It only took a few minutes to do everything.

Don't recommend Cox. When the cable and internet service is off. You will not be able to talk with a live person. Once you call to report the issue. The recording tells you that they are working on it and then hangs up on you and basically directs you as a customer. Customer Service is aweful.

If you decided to give Cox mobile a try Ill pray for you. If you haven't then DONT!!! Worst product AND customer service I have ever encountered in my life. You're welcome! Believe the one stars, I'll give negative stars.

Great customer service in store with representative Eli. Had to move service to another apartment for a roommate and get my own wifi set up. Service was quick, efficient and save my roommate and I a lot of time!

After three days, two house visits, two junk Cox modems, and a brand new, not buried, and carelessly terminated line, service was restored (But only after replacing the modem a second time). Somebody better come back out here and bury this line though.
"If I complete the work order, they'll know I didn't do my job right the first time."
..So he canceled it, thinking that there wouldn't be any record of the bad work completed.
I shouldn't have to move this cable around every time we cut grass,
Reckless, unprofessional, and unreliable.
I could see Starlink, although satellite based as being much more reliable than Cox. You would do a little bit of work yourself and actual take pride in it.

I did not go to the Cox store. I have paid my bills there. I went to Jersey Mikes. The restaurant is next door. I always order the Big Kahana beef sub. Man, that Philly is the best in Macon, that's my opinion.
