“Not a fan of Best Buy.. however, Joe in the Geek Squad department is a champ. Give this guy a raise. I went in and expecting to browse, but bought a brand new graphics card and some other stuff per his recommendations. Great employee and even better customer service from this guy.”
“Ahbner with The Geek Squad at Best Buy in Macon attended to me promptly at my appointment time. He even appeared BEFORE my appointment time to alert me that he may be running a little behind due to assisting the customer before me..totally acceptable and polite. Ahbner listened carefully to my issue with my laptop and was able to resolve the problem and inform me of known issues and how to safeguard my security from internet threats. He was very professional and attentive. The greeters at the entrance to Best Buy were rude at best, however, Ahbner's graciousness and willingness to help were the highlight of the visit.
