Today, I experienced exemplary customer service upon entering Circle K for the evening shift. The staff on duty were exceptionally welcoming and provided me with clear directions, assisting me in finding my way. It has been a considerable amount of time since I have encountered such commendable service at a gas station, characterized by friendly interactions and a willingness to help. I wish to express my gratitude and recognize the efforts of the team, as their performance warrants high praise. If there were an opportunity to award ten stars, I would seize it; however, I will gladly give my utmost rating of five stars at this time. I was in this store 9/14 between 9 p m and 9:15. The cashier behind the counter was screaming and yelling at a customer. The manager or owner should review the camera footage.

Says it’s open 24 hours. I walked in at 11:30 PM and the staff yelled at my girlfriend and I. They said “excuse me we’re closed!” While there were at least 10 people waiting in line.

I have visited this location this morning and was extremely surprised that when I go to check out that I was charged $0.89 for a Circle k ice cup. When all I did was get a little bit of ice in my own metal cup. I have been to Circle k's all around from down south in Florida all the way up to Ohio and never once has this ever happened. When I asked the gentleman ringing me up about it he apologized and told him unfortunately that is what his manager told him that he had to do.

I frequent this location about 6 times a week. It is usually very late after I get off work. The customer service is always great. I got the privilege of meeting and being taken care of by Dori. Being in customer service for over 23 years, I was very impressed and almost left speechless. Circle K will forever and always be my go to, because of her. Thank you!!!Very Satisfied Customer

Jordan doesn’t know that y’all don’t have to scan folks id for cigarettes. I was no buying a VaP, he could have typed in my age. He needs to be reminded. Then had a nasty attitude about him no knowing. Need more educated cashiers. Service 0 stars if u could

Excellent customer service ALWAYS from Lori & her team! They remember the little things like regular items ordered and the store is kept so clean, much cleaner than most for sure. I would go out of my way to go to this location

The ladies of thus store are AWESOME! I've always gotten great customer service at this store. It's always clean, the staff are friendly, & Lori & her crew work hard to ensure their customers are happy! I love this sto!e location & I wish other Circle K's were like them

Would not give me change $2.49 item, gave her $3, she said no change. Always out of cigarettes. Flies in the donut case and soda machine. Everything sticky and dirty. Trash
