The buying process was extremely simple. Picking up our vehicle from the vending machine was a cool experience. Carvana posts pictures of imperfections online with each vehicle but they do not show all of the imperfections. This provides a false idea of the condition of the vehicles. If they're going to point out imperfections, they should post them all or at least post the bigger ones. Overall our vehicle is still in great shape, just would've been nice to see the "whole picture". Also they should post if the vehicle was previously smoked in since you can't tell this from pictures.

Very happy with my "new" vehicle. Finding what I wanted was easy. Completing all the details for the purchase was a little more involved. Having to upload numerous documents was a little tedious, but you take the same amount of time in a dealership. We've had the vehicle for a week and could not be happier.

Thw delivery of the car was good . Nice guys. I was asking questions making sure the car's been serviced they assured me oh yes 150 point inspection fluids changed oil changed everything and I blame myself for it I should have checked the oil level the day of delivery I've been driving the car and put about 1400 miles on it in the last few weeks and I've been hearing a very loud ticking noise so I decided to check the oil there was not a drop of oil in this car which is now resulted in me having to take it to a Kia dealership an hour away to have warranty work possibly done on it not putting me out without a car for possibly a week word of advice if you do use carvana definitely don't take their word for anything if you want it done right do it yourself

Very good buying experience with Carvana. I was skeptical at first but every listing we saw not only had the features that were good BUT also the defects. We picked out our car, sent in our info and within an hour, sitting in our living room, we had selected our car, financed it and arranged for delivery. Our car was delivered to our home in Sandersville on a Friday evening at 6 znd the fellow who brought the car was the nicest guy and very thorough. We will definitely buy from Carvana again and we urge all our friends and family to do as well.

I received my vehicle today! Everything went so smoothly with my transaction from the first look at available vehicles online to signing the paperwork. I will forever purchase our future vehicles from Carvana! Our delivery driver Javion was very helpful and listened to all of our questions! We love our new car!!

Wish I could give an 3.5 stars.
Absolutely not happy with interior detail and wheel detail. Very dirty. Wish I could get it done now. Back right tire already needs to be replaced per Macon, BMW.
There was a lot of you are finished with paperwork only to have more…all the way to Atlanta.
Overall, I have already told others about Carvana. I will continue. I just think there is a lot of room for improvement. I love my new car. Originally, my brother in law and niece told me about it.

This is the 6th car I have bought from Carvana. The process has always been so smooth and easy! The cars are always high quality.This time though, the process had some kinks, mainly due to one Carvana employee. I had an interaction with a female, I think her name was Sophia. She almost blew the sale. She was so difficult and used an extremely Woke attitude with me. She demanded several verification items that made little sense to me and when I questioned her, she told me to remain professional and courteous. I have been in commercial banking for over 40 years and I am well aware of how to conduct myself in interactions like this. I terminated the convo with the person, then called back and spoke to a different person who finished the process with none of the difficulty advanced by Sophia. I bought the vehicle and we love it. Beware the Woke employees infesting your business with their poor attitudes!!! Carvana rocks!

The selection was Great! Plenty of desirable vehicles to choose from. My vehicle was not cleaned adequately in my opinion. There were two items that were listed on the vehicle description that I did not receive with my vehicle. I questioned the location of these parts and was told that everything on the description was often not all there. I was told by two different individuals that they were replacement parts and not included with the vehicle. I believe that this is not a good way to do business. I have been unable to reach anyone that can make this make sense. I probably will not use Carvana with my next vehicle purchase.
