Hello to all!
If you’re looking for a collision center look no further. I had the best experience with CARSTAR the representatives communicating with me through the entire process. I’m not from Macon this repair shop was recommended to me by my insurance company. Special thanks to the entire staff Kelly and Sarah I appreciate you. I didn’t get the mechanics names but please share my sentiments with them. The customer service was unmatched. My car looks brand new. Thanks for giving my baby a much needed face lift lol. If you need a repair shop in Macon, Ga. look no further! I had an awesome experience. Thanks again guys!

Awful. That's all I can say about my experience so far. I had gotten my vehicle fixed a year ago at this place and the experience was good. Not sure what's changed. My front headlight is busted and needs to be fixed. I took it in three weeks ago and I have yet to get an estimate on when it will be done even though I was told it would take 2 to 3 days to get an estimate. I even called over a week ago and have not received a call back. I won't be using this place again.

Great service! They fixed my Honda pilot as I was rear ended a month ago! It looks brand new, if you get in accident please use them to fix up your car! Oh and shout out to Sarah, she is so pleasant with great customer service as well! Thanks again CARSTAR!

I dropped my car off on 11/01/2023. I just got it back today on the 17th. Would have been done sooner but Nissan was on back order. No big deal. My front bumper was damaged and Carstar did a great job and it looks brand new again. Sarah who works at the front desk was giving me updates throughout the two weeks. Friendly staff and stayed on top of everything. I highly recommend!

Following my accident, my car was taken to CarStar in Macon, Georgia on, or about September 27, 2023. A few days later, I called to check on the status of my vehicle and was informed that it was “next in line” for the estimator. A couple of days later, I was told that I needed to come by to sign a form. I informed them that I lived 2 hours away and could not stop by. I was informed that they would email the form to me. Over the subsequent weeks, I did not receive the form, but was told it had either been sent, or would be sent. Furthermore, I was told that it was not holding up the progress. Fast forward almost one month from CarStar’s receipt of my car, I was informed that it was yet to be seen because new lifts had been needed and had just been installed. This delay and dishonesty in what was occurring resulted in a near $2,000 in additional expenses to rent a vehicle that were mostly unnecessary and solely due to the unnecessary delay.
