I bought a car from here they illegal repossessed my car on Jan. 24 when my first payment wasn’t due until the 12th of February refused to let me pay to get my car back. Horrible employees who lied to my mom and stole out of my car during repossession.

WORST CAR PLACE EVER !!!!!! THEY SELL PEOPLE LEMONS THEY ARE VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL THEY SOLD ME A CAR IN 1/7/2024 & THE CAR WAS TORE UP ( TRANSMISSION WENT OUT) BY 2/21/24 THEY NEVER FIX THE CAR THEY JUST HAVE IT SITTING UP THERE TRYING TO GET MORE MONEY OUT OF PEOPLE , THEY TELL LIES AS IF YOU TORE UP THE CAR KNOWING THEY SOLD YOU THE CAR EXACTLY HOW IT WAS TORE UP , THE MECHANIC DONT EVEN KNOW HOW TO FIX CARS HES A CROOK AND ANGIE IS JUST AS BAD AS HIM . IF YOU LOOKING FOR SOMETHING RELIABLE I ADVISE YOU TO KEEP RIDING PAST THIS PLACE BECAUSE ALL THEY GONE DO IS TAKE YOUR MONEY !!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM i just 2/21//24 bought a car from them . he asked the mechanic did he check everything in car oil levels and all he said yes A complete lie was driving it got in cordele and oil light came on. then it said to add oil/ so i stopped added oil because there was no oil in it at all. then a day later Saturday 2/24/24 the car completely shut down on me. i’ve been trying to contact him but he won’t reply or answer so im filing a claim in small claims court . WORST CAR LOT ever I feel i was taken advantage of because I didn’t have a man with me I really don’t know about cars but I took him at his word. BIG MISTAKE!

This "dealership" sold my sister a lemon a while back and they knew it! She bought a Pontiac from them and a month later the car broke down. Upon further inspection there was ALOT wrong with this car. Oh and try not to use cardboard to hold a headlight in place next time. I called you out on Facebook on the image you posted and you guys blocked my sister! Stop SCAMMING people! My sister has an infant daughter and you guys put her life at risk with this road hazard you guys call a car. The car was bought from a junk yard and sold.

Worst car lot ever!!! They scammed me out of my deposit and sold me a lemon! The Angie lady forgot to make my first payment to the finance company and they blew my phone up after I paid them EARLY. My car was useless after just days of purchasing and they didn’t do anything about it. They towed my car to “fix it” and after they got it back they just kept it and didn’t give my money back. Crooks! I hope this place closes for good!

As Stated in my Review that I was begged to take down for the sake of the owner/ Boss seeing it, I am highly disappointed with this company, It took for me to get online with a review for the company to scramble around and rush to fix an issue that should’ve been fixed prior to purchase, My Wife Kim Bellamy stated nothing but the absolute truth! This Company is a Complete Joke! They Have Horrible Customer Service! After you make your purchase their true colors (character) really shows! I was yelled at and loud talked until I put the review up , Please save yourself the hassle and shop somewhere else please!! All They Want Is Your Money!! ( I Will Not Take This Review Down!) CarsRUsOMG is a money hungry scam lot please stay away they have no real concern or interests in Customer Service it’s strictly about a quick sale for them!

DO NOT COME HERE!!!! Me and my husband purchased a car through them and it started running hot not even 2months of having it . It gotten so bad to the point we couldn’t even drive it. They are absolutely no help they only wanted to try to help us when my husband left a bad review!! Really!! So you really don’t care about the customer just your reputation…SMH… Then after they fixed it they wanted us to pay for it when the lady in the office told us they would take care of it.. Do not come here they are money hungry scammers!!!!!

TERRIBLE!!!!!!! I DO NOT recommend anyone to buy a car from this place. I purchased a car from them and it started having issues days later and the motor went out. They would not give me another vehicle nor would they refund my money. I am pursing legal action.Please do yourselves a favor and RUN!!! Do not shop here! I regret it!

I was in need of a great used car. I don’t have bad credit, I just don’t really have any credit(no cards, loans, etc.) so it proved difficult for me to find financing. I found an Acura MDX that had been well taken care of. I would have driven it home that Saturday afternoon, but it was late and I wanted to think about it a few more days. They were not pushy and understood. I went back Monday morning and left with the Acura. I can’t say enough kind words about everyone I came in contact with!! I recommend Cars R Us to anyone wanting a used vehicle!! Thank you Cars R Us!!!!
