“Honestly, my 5 stars are for Sherry at the front desk. She was absolutely amazing and went way out of her way to help our family today. I saw her do that for every customer that stood in front of her. We’d had three horrible experiences with Avis between yesterday and today and Sherry, in a matter of 30 minutes, completely turned our day and our experience around. I probably won’t rent from Avis again unless it’s from her. Her attitude, coolheadedness and willingness to help is exactly what our world needs today and probably one of the few reasons this business is still running. Thank you Sherry.”
