really needed to cash a check today but didn't have my id with me, I did have a picture of it. also I've banked with capitol city for over 6 years(Dublin location) so i guess them having all my information and me knowing all of my security pass phrases doesn't mean anything at all, because they couldn't help me. this location did not go above and beyond to help a loyal customer. Never would've had this problem at the Dublin location.

My Husband and I recently decided to build a custom home, and on referral of our builder we decided to use Capital City Bank, particularly a banker named Corey Novotny. One because they are one of the few banks that offers 5% down . Additionally, I was under the impression that the builder and Capital Bank have a functional business relationship. I was extremely disappointed dissatisfied and frustrated with my experience with Mr. Novotny. He was unresponsive to e-mails and his communication and follow-up was definitely substandard. After the first incident of no response, I kindly let him know what my expectations were and how important it is to follow up with clients. Considering my Husband and I are small business owners. However Mr. Novotny continued to be lacking and distracted. No client willing to spend their hard earned money on a home should feel like the big pot on the back burner. Needless to say, we parted ways and I haven't regretted it. If you want to have a lender that communicates effectively and in a timely manner I strongly suggest you look elsewhere!
