Most of the times everyone is extremely nice. But I have had two instances when a clerk on the weekend would not cash my wife's paycheck and we was looking to purchase school clothes one of the weekends. This is after we have been members of Capital City Bank for 15 - 20 years. She works during the week and only have time to cash her check on the weekends, like I said this has only happened twice but the experience will last a life time. Other than those two experiences, we have been treated extremely nice.

I have lived in Georgia for nearly 20 years. This is the only bank that I have ever used or will ever use. I have never had a bad experience with this bank. I have recommended it to many friends who have opened accounts there.

Mrs. Katrina is my banker and she is the best. Keeps you laughing and such a positive vibe just walking in her office. She got me set up and going in a timely manner and I love it there and how she made me feel welcome and like my business matter.

Rude teller! I walked in and asked did they still have cash advance available. I haven’t been there since they reopened after closing for pandemic and have use this branch for about 3 years to get cash advance so I didn’t know the teller instantly said no use atm lol I’m using my credit card so that wasn’t possible because I haven’t set up pin. I’ll never go back there again I’ll just stick to my personal bank where they are friendly and know me by face just always went here in because it’s closer to home.
