No. Do not use this bank. My family has spent hours dealing with this bank trying to help my grandfather close out my deceased grandmothers IRA. We spent more time and money trying to get money out than the IRA was worth.

Just called there to speak to someone about getting a loan and she didn't know who to send the call to. I told her I needed to speak to a customer service representative and she still wouldn't send me to anyone. Worse experience ever with calling a bank. I ended up just having to hang up on her and calling another bank.
