I give this bank a 5. However, it’s time to change the hours back to 5:00 pm closing. The pandemic excuse is no longer valid. ATMs will not work for my type of deposit.

Worst bank I have ever used, they are definitely not state bank anymore - Have tried to close an account multiple times and they never do.

My bank is located on Log Cabin. But the notary services expired, the next branch was on Zebulon Rd. & The Customer Service was Excellent! I just have to let it be known, I love this Bank already... If I had to again.. I wouldn't mind making that drive.

Worst bank - they swapped over and it was not a smooth transition - they were unapologetic. This is not State bank anymore unfortunately and you can tell with the non-existent customer service - a lack of care and consideration for their banking clients. Run the other way!!!!!
