Literally the worse place you can take your car. Only received a star because they’re good at making appointments. Had my car for two weeks and didn’t do a estimate, when I made an appointment a week in advance. Chose to take my car someplace else.

Butler Collision did an awesome job! Even though it took long due to supply chain issues with the parts as they had to be ordered from Germany, they did a great job at communicating with me. Stephanie provided great customer service! I highly recommend Butler for BMW vehicles.Services: Body & Trim

I have used Butler Collision several times in the past and been satisfied but after this experience, NEVER AGAIN. I don't know if they changed hands or what but service has gone massively downhill. I given an estimate of 3 weeks to repair minor damage to my grille and fender. This already seemed excessive, but ok. They update me after the first week and after that two more weeks pass with no updates. Finally I call on the day the car is supposed to be ready and am informed they forgot to order a decal and it won't be in for a few days and my car won't be ready for at least another week. At this point my insurance coverage has run out and I'm paying $60/day for the rental. I ask to speak to a manager, ask for some kind of compensation given their mistake is now costing me at least $400. Receptionist cuts me off mid-sentence and transfers me to her manager's voicemail. I leave a message, never get a call back, call again later and still don't get a call back from the manager.It is now 8 days later and my car is finally ready, one month after I brought it into the shop. And I am out an additional roughly $500 for their mistakes and lateness which they refuse to compensate me for in any way. Throughout this process they have lied, backpedaled and refused to take any responsibility for the fact that they didn't order the correct part which caused the entire delay. The first receptionist I spoke to admitted they did not order the part, since that time they have backpedaled and told me they are "not responsible for delays" caused by waiting for parts to come in and hence I'm just out of luck. Well, the part would have been there weeks ago if they'd ordered it when they were supposed to! All I can say is do NOT use this shop if you expect good customer service or for your repairs to be completed in a timely fashion. I know I certainly won't.

Really bad experience here, was give 3 due dates and was never was able to get the car done on time. The day I finally get my truck back 3 months after due date and it still not done right. I even have water going into my truck after the repairs they did to it.

They have had my car since Sept 29th and on my last call last week I was assured it would be ready today (Monday). Now they are stating the parts just came in, when that is what they told me the week of the 15th of October. Last week all it needed was painting and reassembly. Now they are changing their story and asked me to call back later this week. What kind of mess is this, I was told it would be ready today and now its not, I need to turn in this rental car and now I can't get a straight answer.Services: Body & Trim

This shop is absolutely terrible! They held my car for four months! Lied to me about parts. Everybody was rude. I would NEVER go there again!

Don’t recommend this body shop the front desk receptionists are rude ..the are very disorganized they have had my car days over what they were supposed to because they were claiming they didn’t receive payment from my insurance company when payment was received prior to the car even being fixed so they are sketchy I had to call my insurance to get the truth of them getting funds ….they didn’t deserve my business at all take your deductible and insurance check elsewhere!!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

My car was in an accident my car arrive at their shop on Nov 13th and today is Dec, 17 they have not given Allstate paper work saying the car is total or be repaired. Allstate can out five days after it arrive, they keep giving me the run around about they order parts and changing their story.
