“Extraordinary customer service! We needed lamb shanks and called ahead for our holiday party. We arrived just a few minutes before closing, and they had everything ready for us. The place is absolutely spotless and beautiful. The best part was the customer service! Everyone was super friendly. I cannot recommend this place enough! “I recieved a gift certificate at Christmas for a smoked Boston butt. I called to place an order. The young lady on the phone was nice and explained the hours that it would be available. Hubby picked it up and Welch's did not disappoint. The bark was fantastic and the tenderness / flavor of the meat was delicious. He also purchased some sausage and I can't wait to try it. Excellent customer service and delicious food. We will definitely go back ❤”
