The agent at the Macon Apt office was excellent. However, many aspect of the rental (additional insurance, unlimited miles, additional driver) was not included at the office level. The system should allow the local agents the ability to identify additional items that were part of the online process.

I arrived at the rental counter. The representative was polite and knowledgeable. She answered questions. There was no long waiting, I got the car and was on my way. The whole process took about 15 minutes and that was with me waiting for a customer who was in front of me.

I definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone they'll give you one price but as soon as they run your bank card it totally a different price don't go to this one...
