“Troopers Collision was very accomodating during my last trip to Macon! I had my driver's side window busted in. Needed it fixed ASAP, given I was only in town for a couple days. They went way out of their way to have the window delivered and installed in under 24 hours... and they did not price gouge me. I've got a lot of respect for these guys. If you’re looking for a collision center look no further. I had the best experience with CARSTAR the representatives communicating with me through the entire process. I’m not from Macon this repair shop was recommended to me by my insurance company. Special thanks to the entire staff Kelly and Sarah I appreciate you. I didn’t get the mechanics names but please share my sentiments with them. The customer service was unmatched. My car looks brand new. Thanks for giving my baby a much needed face lift lol. “I needed an air bag suspension part for my Volvo and stopped here to pick one up. They didn't have it in stock, but they put in effort above and beyond the norm to help me out. They found one at a local parts store and then had their guy go pick it up!! Then, they only charged me the wholesale price, without even charging for picking it up! Who does that?!?!! “I own a 2000 Millenium Yellow Corvette and Im very meticulous about its care. I called the gm dealership here in Macon to ask who paints their high end cars and they actually referred me to Dent Doctor here in Macon so based on my trust of the person who i talked to I decided to give them a shot. I also told them that the millineum yellow paint was a special paint and was very difficult to match perfectly but Steve said....i can match it no problem so i left it with them. Well when I got the call to pick it up only 2 weeks later I was expecting a bill of at least 3000.00 and it was about half of that....wow well im very ocd about the car and i checked it very closely to see the quality of the work....my mind was blown....i could never tell it was damaged and it was beautiful again...they even lightly washed it for me and cleaned my wheels so Im saying.....these guys are for real and youll be pleased at the outcome and very fair pricing to boot....Good Job Steve and Sheila....ill add photos when i get them onto my computer”

“We had a rear window shatter from debris getting kicked up my a truck on the freeway while driving to visit family across the country. Our car was loaded with our belongings and we had our 2 large dogs with us. While they didn’t have the glass available in the weekend, they wrapped the window with plastic and let me hang out with the dogs inside in the air conditioning while the glass was being cleaned up. They got us and our dogs ice cold water and provided a much needed friendly and kind rest break on an otherwise very stressful day.
