I love everything about BBM. As a first time mom I just couldn’t imagine leaving my child in the care of someone else at 3 months. Now the first day I toured this facility I walked into Ms. Kiara’s room I just felt like it was going to be amazing learning from the energy, the music, the love she was giving the babies. Let’s not add the sign language she teaches as well. Once I knew they learn sign language I was so happy. My daughter cannot leave the daycare if she sees Ms. Kiara and don’t let her have someone else baby with her lol ? Ms. Kiara has to show her more love then ever! Ms. Kiara, I thank you for all you do not just for my baby but for the entire center. Every morning Ms. Kiara go and see her babies that have advanced from her Infant 2 room with love and care. Now that my baby is in Toddler 3 with Ms. Samantha and Ms. Allisha it’s been a joy. I always want to feel comfortable leaving my daughter in great hands especially being 55 miles away. I love the relationship that I have been Ms. Samantha and Ms. Allisha. They are a huge help! It’s been a emotional rollercoaster trying to wean baby girl off her pacifier now it’s been day 2 and she has not used her pacifier. Thank you to Ms. Samantha and Ms. Allisha for the encouragement and understanding. It’s just great that I feel like home when I come into BBM. Her vocabulary and sign language has improved. Every teacher in this building knows my baby by name. The milestones that she has made from 3 months to now at 19 months is exciting. Thank you to all the staff at BBM for allowing our family to feel like home and giving my daughter comfort each day.

This isn't just a daycare. They teach my baby and help with milestones. He is progressing faster than most babies his age because of them. His teacher Lindsey is so amazing and kind. They care about your children. Super clean classrooms and qualified staff.

My baby absolutely loves his daycare. He’s been at BBMA since he’s been 6weeks old and the things he learns has me shocked. My baby can talk to me using sign language. And the staff is his second family. My baby loves the director Mrs Miller he will not leave the daycare until he finds her to tell her about his day. I would recommend BBMA to anyone.

A bit unorganized and unresponsive on a good day. On their worst days, my child frequently came home with bite marks and bruises, which were largely unreported by this daycare. My child begged me never to return, and I moved them to a different school when I could. My child still tells me that even months later, they never want to return to Blue Marble.

Love this place. But what I have noticed and hope that they take into consideration... please have some sort of locks on these children's doors. Kids are hurting themselves pushing on the door. A child got hurt and was bleeding. There should be no reason these doors should not be locked or at least have a way to buzz someone in. If someone came in and harmed these kids, that's their fault for not thinking that there should be locks. Shoot, make the glass bulletproof! There is only so much the caretakers can do with so many kids in one class. I will be calling as well because I want my daughter to feel secure and I worry every day but more action needs to be taken place. Hire a cop to sit up there through out the days...something!

This location has great staff members who communicate very well with parents. Always update on the app throughout the day of my child’s activities and the whole system is just awesome to work with, as far as payments and checkin/out.

I am a working mother in the medical field and my husband is a teacher and coach. We are so thankful to have a place that we know is safe, affordable, and comforting for our children to attend on a daily basis. The office staff is always welcoming and like family. The education the children are provided is exceptional. They incorporate educational lessons and crafts even in the infants room. I am very impressed by every aspect of this childcare facility and so thankful to know my kids are so well loved and taken care of every day!

Love ALL the staff at this facility. Every single teacher at the school, whether they have personally had my child in their class or not, knows both of my children by name and love them like their own. Super fast communication if anything happens or if my babies are sick I am called and message right away using their procare app. I love that they send me pictures of them throughout the day. the facilities are always clean and are well taken care of. I cannot say enough good things about BBMA, Macon, GA. If i ever leave the area i wish i could pack them up and take them with me!!

I cannot express enough how much we love Big Blue Marble Academy!!! My son started here a little shy of 6 months ago and he has blossomed ever since. He adores his teacher Miss Billingslea! Miss Miller and everyone else there are just amazing! The communication between parents and the daycare is amazing. Seriously, don't second guess it. Big Blue Marble is the daycare for you!!

Gross negligence! My child has a fractured tooth and the tiny skin inside his upper lip was torn. It was never reported his lip was busted on several occasions. He was bit 3 times in less that a year. The last one was inside his arm. I told them I am not bringing him back. They told me I have to give them 2 weeks notice or pay for 2 weeks Absolutely not. On Dec 17 2021 they sent out a notice that a child at the daycare had died. I found the notice and asked if the child died there. They told me no.....yeah right. I now see that a child died while choking on an apple slice bc they didn't know how to help. The last three times I dropped my child off there were several toddlers climbing on top of shelves and standing on tables. 70% of incidents are not reported. May God protect your child if you leave him in the care of this negligent facility. FYI they have a pool on site and no life guard. I don't know if they allow children to swim or not, but the sheer fact that there is a body of water there and their staff is so limited I have to call to let them know aim coming is pure danger. I will never return my child to this awful place. Ill miss a couple if the staff, but that's not worth my child's life.
