Great and Friendly people. Took me about 30 minutes to find what I wanted with not pressure from the sales associate. I purchased a Lazy Boy Recliner and within less than an hour I they loaded it up for me and I was ready to go. Awesome Experience ♥️

My husband and I visited Bert Maxwell Furniture when we moved to downtown Macon. They had a wide selection of furniture, and the staff were so friendly while we browsed. Be sure to check them out if you need something new for your home!

Mothers Day will be extra special because of Bert Maxwell Furniture. I knew what I wanted so I called Bert IV. I was trying to match some patio furniture that I got over 20 years ago from them. Bert sent me pictures and it was perfect. Our patio looks great with the new addition and my wife was thrilled with her Mothers Day gift! Thank you to the team at Bert Maxwell Furniture!

Nice folks..Mr. Bert personally helps his customers. Does business the old fashioned customer service way...search the rest then come get treated the best....great prices always.I purchased a chair that was exactly like one I had seen at another store and Bert was almost 400.00 cheaper.

I purchased a Big Man Lazy Boy Recliner several years ago. And due to wear and tear it needed some gear maintenance. I called to request in home maintenance, next day Bert lV was there to repair it. Always Friendly, Always Great Service Professional and Always Quick Repairs. It's Wonderful to have a Family Owned and Operated Business still in Macon. My Grandparents use to deal with them as well years and years ago.

Incredibly rude staff by sales lady and people ignoring me as I asked for help. Sales lady was seeming really dismissive when I asked about a few pieces. The only plus side was the front desk lady Cindy that helped me. Will not be back

There is SO much to choose from! Walked in and didn't think we could afford anything after seeing some of the price tags... Someone caught us right before we walked out. Asked what we were looking for, we said we didn't think we could afford them. They kindly told us they have SIX floors of furniture and asked what we were looking for. We needed something that rocked and reclined and plenty of padding. Brought us to a different floor and OMG. YES! So many to choose from unlike ALL the other places we have looked at. So much wasted time! I wish I had come here first. They had lazy boys that were out of our price, but so many that were perfect or even under what we were looking at! Don't go anywhere else! Kind people, not pushy in the least bit, family owned, mostly American made. My only complaint? Why couldn't we have found them sooner!?! Oh and free parking outback! Beautiful stuff too!
