The lines get a bit long and there send to be insufficient staff just about every time I visit specially during the first week of the month, yes they're very friendly but efficiency is somewhat lacking and I definitely with get until the terribly located ATM when it gets busy is always a traffic jam and bank customers don't care who they're blocking.

WOW, what a difference from this branch and the one on bloomfield, (see my review). Night and day. Figuring I was going to have the same experience with this branch that I had with the other so I came armed with Georgia and Federal laws that say that they are legally obligated to cash a cashier's check that they drafted along with my notice of intent to sue if they didn't.Was I surprised when I walked up to the teller, (young girl, just as sweet as anyone can be), and presented the cashier's check and she said no problem just needed approval from the manager, (Becky, who also was just as nice), which only took a minute and was then given my cash.What a pleasant experience, it's a pleasure dealing with nice people, who are knowledgeable, and want to help make your day better, not worst like the bloomfield branch.Thanks for making my day better and giving me a reason to smile. Well done!

This bank never be open.. this is pathetic.. this is the only bank in America leave the keys under the teller machine to get money, so robbers and burglars can get easy money from the bank of America customers this is sad....

Today makes the fourth time I have gone to make a deposit and they were closed. At 2oclock in the afternoon on a Friday??? Sign at drive thru always says temporarily closed. WHY? This is bad business for people who need to do banking on a Friday. May be changing to the credit union

I would not bank with Bank of America EVER. EVER. I was made to get out of the line with the teller that I waited in. I was basically told after waiting almost 50 minutes for a banker that because I did not have an account with them that servicing me was not a priority. I was ONLY here to cash a check that was drawn on their bank. NEVER again. I'll pay Walmart before do it again.
