I am giving 5 star beauty a one star, the reason for this is when I went to look for some loose crochet hair that I wasn't able to find . I decided to leave as I was approaching the door the alarm went off and I was racially profiled as having something in my purse when I was told to come to the counter the sales man proceeded to look in my purse and therefore found nothing .As I left the alarm continued to ring . I'll like to mention that When I was in the store I didn't touch anything just looked and still they decided check my purse I will not be going back to 5 star beauty as result of being falsely accused.

I encountered an absolutely obnoxious and rude cashier here today. I returned an item within 30 minutes because I found it at another store for a cheaper price. He did not want to give me a store credit because I wasn't interested in joining a rewards program. As I was leaving he said, "don't come back," as if I would ever patronize a store again where my business is not respected that price gouges. lol If you are looking for fair prices and good customer service, shop elsewhere.

Small, quiet place. The guy that works behind the counter is very nice. He is there everytime I swing in for a few minutes. It wasn't crowded but I went pretty early in the day.

Managers are very messy and will talk about other employees with each other , overpriced on wigs , hair etc , always have a 50% off sale cause nobody want them expensive cheap made wigs and they pay you under the table when you work their , unprofessional and doesn’t give refunds , the managers there named cheif & abdul will talk about you in their arabian language and dont treat their employees good

I hate stores like this one. They sell us faulty products and refuse to exchange their products even though the receipt says exchange within 7 days. I swear I will never shop here again. I don’t have to go through this nonsense with Amazon. Amazon let’s you exchange wigs and refund them and also allows you to exchange faulty electronics without going through hoops
