I was toying with the idea of getting a new Prius, so my brother and mom took me with them to talk to Brandon.
In my whole life of buying new cars, I’ve never had a more seamless transaction. Brandon Lee is AMAZING at what he does and he goes above and beyond for you. He stayed late for me after
hours of when he was supposed to be off, he was knowledgeable and answered every question I had. He got me the most amazing deal on the car - I still can’t believe how much of a deal I got. All thanks to Brandon!

“Troopers Collision was very accomodating during my last trip to Macon! I had my driver's side window busted in. Needed it fixed ASAP, given I was only in town for a couple days. They went way out of their way to have the window delivered and installed in under 24 hours... and they did not price gouge me. I've got a lot of respect for these guys. A++ service and I couldn't be more thankful!”
“Auto Zone on Vineville Macon GA: For Kawana Fuller: she is experienced, an expert in key fob replacement. I visited many other places and none of them could replace my Nissan 2004 key fob. It didn't take Kawana 5 minutes to get my fob working.
I'll recommend anyone that needs help to go to Auto Zone on Vineville, Macon GA, for any fob replacement. If Kawana Fuller is on duty, you're guaranteed to go with functioning fob on your hand. I'll recommend Auto Zone to train her employees in fob replacement.

If you’re looking for a collision center look no further. I had the best experience with CARSTAR the representatives communicating with me through the entire process. I’m not from Macon this repair shop was recommended to me by my insurance company. Special thanks to the entire staff Kelly and Sarah I appreciate you. I didn’t get the mechanics names but please share my sentiments with them. The customer service was unmatched. My car looks brand new. Thanks for giving my baby a much needed face lift lol. “AC crapped out in my truck in July. So yeah, July in Georgia is warm. Got it too them and they had it back to me in less than 48 hours. Ice Cold AC. I knew the compressor had burned up, and they got right to it. Price was reasonable, and they are good folks. Would 100% use them again in the future.”

Very open and honest over many calls into this facility about T680 over the past 2 years. Always is spot on about when they can get you in for Diagnosis and even repairs! Always available for questions and any concerns dealing with Kenworth. Has been extremely knowledge able over the phone, listening and advising me on issues with my truck and has worked me in when the shop was full. “I own a 2000 Millenium Yellow Corvette and Im very meticulous about its care. I called the gm dealership here in Macon to ask who paints their high end cars and they actually referred me to Dent Doctor here in Macon so based on my trust of the person who i talked to I decided to give them a shot. I also told them that the millineum yellow paint was a special paint and was very difficult to match perfectly but Steve said....i can match it no problem so i left it with them. Well when I got the call to pick it up only 2 weeks later I was expecting a bill of at least 3000.00 and it was about half of that....wow well im very ocd about the car and i checked it very closely to see the quality of the work....my mind was blown....i could never tell it was damaged and it was beautiful again...they even lightly washed it for me and cleaned my wheels so Im saying.....these guys are for real and youll be pleased at the outcome and very fair pricing to boot....Good Job Steve and Sheila....ill add photos when i get them onto my computer”

A replacement that O'Reillys said they could not replace because it had some special note stating that only professional/special installation, and that they could not replace it.
