She gave me a very thorough tour, provided me with excellent customer service and more than enough information on the property. The property was so clean, the office is beautiful and super inviting. You could see maintenance techs out with carts tending to the property. I love this place, I've also spoken with the property manager and she was super nice and inviting as well!! I also have a friend who currently lives here and she speaks very highly of the complex as well as office staff. I'm excited to become a resident here!”

“Friendly environment! The neighborhood is always so quiet. It’s very peaceful, and close to downtown. The leasing manger is always so nice! The pool is always clean through the summer, dumpsters is regularly emptied. Great for Mercer students also !”

“I wanted to move to downtown Macon but I couldn’t find availability but I found PineRidge apartments which they’re only less than 3 miles from downtown and the rental prices are much cheaper. The apartments are neat and clean on the inside and the staff has been very helpful. Even though they are older apartments, if you have any maintenance issues they will come fix in a timely manner.”

“Very nice people that manage the place. Can you believe my package got misplaced by USPS? I was so upset, but then I got a knock on my door and one of the people that work here, Mikayla, was at my door with the missing package!!! So walked all the way to my complex just to hand deliver it to me. I'm so grateful. I was having a hard time and that gesture almost made me wanna cry..tears of joy! You're in good hands here.”
