I leased a brand new stove on Dec 5.The stove worked for a week.I called and tried to get a replacement as it was the holidays and would need to cook.I was told a repair order could be made but who knows how long it could take.A repair does me no good after the holidays,when I needed to cook.I called to have the stove returned and no longer use Aaron’s.I was charged for the month and used the stove like I said for a week.The billing happened after I had already requested the stove to be returned.I have bills to pay and shouldn’t have to pay for an entire month when the stove worked a week.I won’t use Aaron’s again and if my card gets billed again,I’ll take legal action.

I called because I had forgot to unlock my card. Then they tried to charge me $96 saying if your card declines we charge for the month and an extra $5 which they did not tell me when I went in to lease from them. Then laughed at me when I was upset because I didn’t understand. Then said, “do you feel better now?” while laughing at me. Very unprofessional and rude.

My father ordered a refrigerator and the delivery people showed up and did not any try to call or ring the door bell, we have a ring camera and no one ring the doorbell, we tried to get the merchandise redelivered, but the person we talk to was not professional and asked due you want the merchandise redelivered yes or no in an unprofessional tone and advised that we do not

I ordered my stuff last week. &’ I find it very UNPROFESSIONAL how I constantly have to reach out about merchandise. The site clearly states I’ll have my stuff within 2-3 days. &’ it’s been a whole week. Why customers have to beg for you to do your job. SMH never again !

This store was the only one between Macon and Warner Robbins to accept my online order. Thankful for that. Mr. Billy showed excellent customer service, loaded the merchandise, and thanked me for coming in. Will not be ordering anything online to go to another store. The first store cancelled my order and would not take the merchandise from the online order because "it's not a regular in stock item" then calls me back asking me to place the order again because they need customers ☠️ no thanks. I will take the risk of a car wreck going to Grey Highway for the customer service at this location. Thank you !

I've paid off two accounts with Aaron's, but this store has ensured that I no longer will do business with Aarons. They will show up and pretty much put your business out there for anyone if you miss a payment. I just returned what I got from them. Much better than dealing with a business who feels they can utilize a nefarious business model.

My elderly parents had a very bad experience at this store due to an unprofessional staff. A washer & dryer combo was delivered w/ a damaged washer. She simply asked if she could get a replacement and the staff and manager lost their temper w/ them and was very disrespectful. Them being longtime customers did not matter. I wish I could give -10 stars. I DO NOT recommend this store in Macon, Ga on Grey Hwy.

I had occasion to visit with Manager...Jason.....after renting an electronic sofa. He was all things admirable about a Manager. Courteous, polite.....and friendly....he was the sort who makes you comfortable from the moment he says hello. He gives respect before you earn it....and in this business....that attitude is crucial. I hope Aaron's understands his value.

I ordered a sectional, and a mattress it was supposed to be delivered today at 11:00am we called to see where they were and they said and i quote" we ran into an issue we are leaving shortly. My fiance said guarantee they broke our stuff. 2 mins later they called saying the broke our stuff. So i asked for the floor model he said that was the floor model. Then the manager gets on the phone with a stank a** attitude saying people make mistakes, so i said yes but in your reviews it looks like you all always make a ton of mistakes. Their customer service sucks and their attitudes match it. Then i go up to the store and the manager comes out flipping his hair with an attitude he asked do i need to cancel your order all together? Listen play with me if you want to. People who work directly with customers need to learn how to speak to them! Because you met your match with me! And thats a promise.

All that lady do is lie to customers when you call. I called and that lady lied and told me when I specifically asked about a delivery today which we promised me today. Then when I get there it’s a whole different thing. She is not consistent in what she tell people. Every time I call there I’m always get lied to.
