They sold me a $12,000 2011 Ford Explorer that runs funny and isn't painted on the side. He promised me that he would paint it and did not. When he sold it to me it was dirty and I had to get it cleaned out. It was SO unsanitary and so was the $12,000 2008 Lexus with the broken trunk he tried to sell me before this. I'm already speaking to the newspapers about this slum.
How do you sell somebody a dirty car when they have given you $3500?! Then he TRIED to steal my money for my tag and make me pay it again.

He took advantage of the fact that I needed help and got two lemons off of his lot. I was homeless with my children and he knew that. All I had was my taxes and he took it let me pay for this car for over a year and then tried to repo it in June. My dad had to come and pay the rest of it off because this man is a predator.
Feelings are so hurt because someone took advantage of me when I was so vulnerable. They took all my money that I needed for my kids and then tried to take my truck and embarrass me in front of my kids. This company will get exactly what they deserve for messing with God's children. ??

Terrible! I purchased a vehicle there March 8th 2024....the next morning the check engine light came on and it wouldn't drive over 20mph. ..without shaking. I emailed and was told to have it towed to them. Three days later Mr. Larry calls and tells me to pick it up...nothing is wrong...The check engine light magically went off and it works fine. He said he would even drive it to me. He never made it. A lady called a few days later and said he told her he had to get a converter. 3 weeks later...they call for us to pick it up. The next morning the same thing happens....check engine light comes on and the same shake (limp mode) It has been sitting in the driveway since. I have emailed many times....they had set up a time to pick it up...but no one showed. I called up there and Mr. Larry said the guy who was supposed to pick it up had gout ...so couldn't come. That was 5 weeks ago. I finally got a tag after 60 days....I still don't have a title. Before I even purchased the vehicle ...we had a lengthy conversation about how I needed it to take care of my 82 year old Mom and the 4 grandbabies that live with me. I had asked for my money back....about 3 weeks in and was told no.....! I just wanted them to make it right. $6500 is a lot to pay for a yard ornament. ?Please pick somewhere more reliable....if you are looking for a dependable car.

Larry is a crook. Sold my peoples a car. Had no fluids in the car and refused to do a tune up and oil change, said they had to pay for it. I wouldn't suggest buying from him! He sells lemons. Why sell cars and not be honest? Just selling people anything...and that lady upfront Loretta. Took my people 3-4 days to get approved. She's a crook too! Should've known as bad as her rep is! Run run run!

We were referred here by a family friend. The day we arrived they showed us our options and my wife picked out the Infinity SUV. We were able to keep it overnight to test drive it. We came back the next day and bought it. We told them it ran hot so they had us take it to their mechanic that day and had the problem fixed the next day. Good service. Based on my experience I recommend this dealership.

This shop has had my Mercedes since February and has received all the money we owed him plus some! He constantly lied to us and told us the motor we bought was locked up all to come to find out he didn’t know what he was doing and put the transmission in and didn’t make sure the torque converter was in correctly before trying to crank the car! Hence damaging the gears in my transmission! Then on top of all that I had to bring in another mechanic from another shop to fix what damages he caused and I’ve had to pay out more money now.. This is just ridiculous

The owner Larry Harris is a crook to the core‼️I guess the time her spent in the Federal Pen didn’t reform his ways.I did the electrical at his Macon show room. This guy still owes me over $7500.00 and refuses to pay. He also has not paid HVAC contractor Robert Bell nearly $4000.00. Mr Bell left this earth without getting paid from Harris. Rest In Peace my brother, I’ll be your voice.I just want to make the people of Macon aware who they’re dealing with.

I would say be very careful when purchasing a car from this company. My car works fine, the service was awesome, however after a year of on time payments, my contract was sold to a different company and now I'm having to take that company to court for illegal practices. I understand some people might not view this as the fault of 360 automotive, however if they had not shopped my contract around to the highest bidder, I wouldn't be dealing with this nonsense right now. I am very certain they were and are aware of the type of company IDA LLC is when they sold the contract.

They sold me my vehicle without having possession of the title. Once my temporary tag expired, they gave me the "run around" about going to pay the ad valorem taxes on the vehicle. I drove on an expired tag for a week. They finally admitted they did not have the title. I asked the owner Larry for a full refund and he agreed over the phone. Once I got there the next day with the vehicle, he only gave me about half of what I put into the vehicle. He is not a man of his word and was not forthcoming with pertinent information. Do not shop with these crooks, you will regret it.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS CAR LOT ALL HIS CARS HAVE LEINS ON THEM HE LIES TO YOU TO GET YOU TO BUY A CAR FROM HIM... BOUGHT A CAR IN APRIL AND IM STILL WAITING ON MY TITLE! HE DOESNT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT YHE CARS TURNS OUT THE TRUCK I JUST BOUGHT FROM HIM HAS A REBUILT ENGINE IN IT AND HE CLEARLY TOLD ME IT DIDNT NOW IM STUCK WITH A TRUCK THAT HE SOLD TO ME THAT ISNT CORRECT. BUY A CAR FROM HERE AND YOU WILL REGRET IT.
