Slowest pharmacy and poor customer service.Prescription was electronically sent the night before. I arrive an hour after opening and the tech said they haven’t looked at new prescriptions today and didn’t see my name for any ready orders. He did would not look to verify if they even had my prescription. Called 6 hrs later and it still hasn’t been looked at.

Worst pharmacy ever, the pharmacist takes her sweet time and keeps filling prescriptions and doing paperwork while there are customers waiting. Made an appointment for a shot and check in took forever and even after that left without the vaccine because they just ignored us for 40 min! And this is with an appointment, can you imagine for walk ins? The guy before was also frustrated about the same wait for his flu shot. So rude, going to CVS, never to Walgreens ever again!

The store continually opens after 8 am. Car and people are lined up outside the door to find them locked.

Called for emergency fill of prescription (unexpected extension of stay and I’m out of state), really kind woman said it would be ready by 4pm that day but I don’t have a car so my friends took me next day; they said they had no record of me and no prescriptions. Had doctor call in prescription to this specific Walgreens with the address and phone number. Supposedly it was called in yesterday. Came in today only to be told once again that there were no prescriptions listed. Not sure where the problem is but extremely frustrating and disheartening.

Walgreens pharmacy staff should be evaluated and/or replaced. I scheduled both COVID Vaccines at the same exact time. Arrive for vaccine one with no problem. 2 weeks later arrive for vaccine 2 and Walgreens does not have record of my appointment. Furthermore they don't have record of me ever receiving the first vaccination that they administered two weeks prior. I showed my vaccine card where they signed and they were lost for words. Luckily I scheduled my mother vaccine appointment on the same dates/times and I was able to get her second dose during the visit because I had upcoming travel, and push hers out a few days. I went to get COVID tested this week also and realized that my date of birth was incorrect on the requisition sticker. Now I am having issues getting my test results and when I call the pharmacy I am on hold for 30 minutes and they pick up and hang up the phone. Needless to say I don't know if I am positive or negative for COVID at this point. Complete disappointment in this pharmacy. I will not go back.

I've used this pharmacy since we moved in 2001. In the past, this location was fine. You drop off prescription and are told to wait for 30 mins for on-site wait. After 30 mins or so, your name is called and you leave the pharmacy with your medications. However, today was different.1. At 1:30pm, we dropped off the prescription and were told to come back at 2:30pm.2. At 2:40pm, we went back but were told again to wait for another 30 mins.4. We waited for 30 mins in the store. At 3:10pm, we went back to the pharmacy again. She said still not ready yet.5. Waited another 30 mins (so total 2 hours wait from the time we dropped off prescription). At that point, we were quite unhappy but as we needed antibiotics asap, we had no choice but waiting. We checked inside the pharmacy. She was just standing inside reading something. So we thought that ours was not ready. We told her that we'd come back later if our prescription is not going to be ready any time soon.6. Guess what. It was ready but she was just doing something even though she knew that this visit was the 2nd time we came back plus she saw us waiting in the store for a long time.We finally got home. We dropped off the prescription at 1:30pm and it is now 4pm. The total two hours and 30 mins wait time is just ridiculous. As we've had good experiences with this pharmacy last so many years, we would like to think that this was just a one-time unfortunate experience. However, if we see this mis-estimation of customer wait time and insensitiveness toward customer's wait time again, then it is probably permanent change with some staffs there and we will have to look for a new pharmacy.

Dropped a prescription off at 6pm on the way home from sister HAVING surgery was told it would be ready by close! Never heard anything, called at 8 she said im not quite done yet you will receive a text message when ready? Ok? Never received a text my sister has been in pain all night cause of this slow pharmacy!! This is why we use mableton pharmacy literally 5 min in and out no matter what!!!! This is ridiculous !!!!

this is my neighborhood walgreens... spacious parking... drive through pharmacy which is a major plus... always get greeted soon as you walk in... they are always fully stocked... clean bathroom... never long wait time on the lines... oh and i love the deals they have every week

I don't really have high expectations from Walgreens. This is simply a convenient place to buy some medicine or grab a couple of quick items. They are never crazy busy so you can always find parking, get in to shop, grab your item(s) and go. Sometimes there is a small (2 or 3 people) line at the register. No big deal. It doesn't seem that they are modeled to provide customer service in aisle, but I am always greeted when I walk in the door. The aisles are always clear and easy to shop and they never seem to be out of stock on stuff. What more can you ask for? I don't think I will ever be blown away coming here, but I'm never going to be filled with disappointment either. This place also has a drive up pharmacy which is super convenient.

Slowest Pharmacy Drive Thru Ever! Most of the people that work here are not very nice and so apathetic. So many times I come to pick up or drop off a prescription I end up having to get out of the drive thru and come back because it will take forever just to get up to the window. Once you do reach the window, after you have waited literally 20 minutes in the line they will see you and have the nerve to not even acknowledge you leaving you to wait again without knowing if they will be with you soon or what and the crazy part about it is, it's EVERYONE that works in there that does it! You wait when you pull up to the window whether they have customers inside or not. They will look you in the eye and walk right past the window. I have never seen anything like it and when they know they have been extremely slow there is no acknowledgement or apology for the wait. I understand being busy, but be courteous! If this wasn't so close to my house I would not come back. They need more staff and they need a crash course in courtesy and customer service. I'm pretty sure this location probably looses business because of it.
