The Worse Walgreens I have ever been too, the night shift is very rude and clearly wants to go home before they close at 10:00pm. Instead of asking what I’m shopping for I was told they are closed at 9:57pm then proceeded to make a announcement over the loud speaker in the store that the store was closing remaining shoppers please proceed to cashier to checkout, I never leave reviews but after getting told the store is closed and never giving me the option to purchase my 1 item I was grabbing instead walked out the doors locked behind me at 9:58 and then employee opens the door again to spit in my direction I felt like , is what drove me to write my first negative review! Avoid this place at night because clearly the employees want to go home before they close at 10:00pm!

I’ve had nothing but frustration with this Walgreens since I started using them. The first time I went there, they couldn't even fill my entire prescription and left me hanging. I had to go through the hassle of contacting my doctor to have the remaining balance ordered later.
Unfortunately, this has become a recurring issue. This pharmacy never seems to have my prescription in stock. I find myself having to call every 2-3 days just to check the status. When I do finally speak to someone, I’m met with one of the following excuses: the order was placed, only a partial shipment was received, or the order never arrived.
I’ve never encountered this many issues with a pharmacy before, and I’m honestly surprised they are still in business. At this point, I’m willing to travel an hour back to my old pharmacy, which is much more reliable, rather than continue to deal with this one that’s only 10 minutes away from my house.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with in my life. McDonald's has better customer service than the pharmacy techs. They have a sign saying they are open Saturdays until 8 pm. They scratched that out, wrote in 7 barely visible and was closed down by 6:30. Absolutell worst pharmacy EVER!!!!

It’s 6:45 I was in line waiting 10 minutes and the girl or dude with glasses and a beanie was being so rude simply because she wanted to go tf home I was trying to make a transactions and she said transactions over 300 you need iD I didn’t have my ID so I said ok I’ll do 200 she said k still need to see iD clearly you wasn’t trying to do it because you wanted to go home this is why I always go to cvs smh

Absolutely pathetic staff. Some manager “Jo” who should’ve even be a manager because he has no customer skills, decided to not apologize or even try to remedy a situation he caused. I placed an order for 5 laundry detergents, I was never notified that the items I ordered were out of stock. When I picked up my orders none of the items were given to me and I was told there was only one item left in the store and since the promotional period was over I’d have to pay 6 additional dollars because my order was not properly packed. Idiots work here.

The staff at this Walgreens are insanely busy, but each time I’ve had to call to get questions answered for new Rx’s, and insurance coverage/prior auths, they are always very patient and friendly when picking up at the drive thru window as well. Being in healthcare these days is taxing, and trying to please everyone is a challenge but I do believe this Walgreens location is trying and has a nice Team currently. Hopefully it stays this way. ??

Tried to get a vaccination card with my vaccination records. All the while also updating them Teira says i can’t no record of them.I got vaccine records on my phone via app.Also the app is saying the QR code is not able to be used.
Edit: the two women at the photo shop are good people that work there. that’s why i bumped the stars up but the original post in your mind’s eye.

The person I just spoke with on the phone is extremely rude. After spending 15 minutes or more waiting for someone to take my call. The person quickly dismissed me and hung up the phone. I was inquiring if my prescription was ready, and I gave her my name. I have a very unique, complicated name, so I'm using Asked to Spell it. She just kept saying WHAT..WHAT... does that start with a C...dose that start with a K....WHAT..NO WE DONT HAVE ANY THING FOR YOU". Then she hung up. I was trying to give her the spelling of my name, but she wasn't listening. When she said there was nothing for me. I was trying to inquire if the prescription called in.... When will it be ready for me to pick up?? But she just hung up. This is not the 1st time this has happened to me. That location customer service has dropped drastically. several of my neighbors have stopped sending their prescriptions to that location because the service is so bad and you have definitely lost another customer.

I have been using Walgreens at this location for years. I don't understand all the negative reviews. It is a very busy pharmacy so of course the wait may be a bit longer. People are calling in refills, doctors calling in new prescriptions, plus drive thru. I don't understand people's complaints of waiting an extra five minutes. That's ridiculous. Most of the time they get my refills in early. If they say tomorrow, more then half the time they'll get it in the same day I am actually impressed how quickly and efficiently they get things done. I think they have fewer staff working inside the pharmacy then they used to so their hours have been cut back. Overall though I think they do a very good job considering.

Today I used the drive thru service to take a COVID test and need to make three additional walk in appointments. Tonya in pharmacy was AMAZING!!!! She was patient, helpful, and efficient! Because entering the walk in information was taking a while, the customer behind us became inpatient, got out of her car, and approached the drive thru window. Tonya handled this situation with grace, explained what was happening, apologized for the wait, and politely recommended the customer come in! It was great to see this level of customer service!

The lady at the pharmacy is terrible at customer service not sure if the lady in blue is new or i have never seen her Every time i come at this location to get my medicine. I gave her 3 medicine prescription and she told me 30 min and i told her i have a kid in my car and its 97 degrees outside she said 30 min i cane back at the drive thru after 35 min and she told me 5-10 min and there was no car behind me then she said you have to move and come back again. Never in my experience of coming to this lo 3 years have i had this type of experience.

Several times the pharmacists have told me "it will be in stock tomorrow" as I waited for my prescription to be filled. Finally I contacted another location and they told me every location has this prescription on back order at least 4-6 weeks. So instead of telling me that when my prescription ran out a week ago, they just told me "tomorrow" every time I called.

Went to pick up a prescription today and the qty is supposed to be 60 they only gave me 30 and charged me for the price of a 60 count prescription. How do you not fill a prescription correctly and on top of that they will not acknowledge you unless you walk up to the register and even then you’ll have to stand there for a while before they ask you what you need help with. I understand being understaffed it’s happening everywhere but DO NOT work in customer service if you do not treat customers good. As a customer service rep I expect to be treated right because I’ll never be rude nor treat my customers nor workers in a poor way. Y’all really need to get it together!!
