They were able to get us in the same day, answered all of our questions, and were thorough with our dogs care. We called the clinic a week later to follow up and were met with such kindness. If we lived closer, this would be our primary vet, but we're 7 hours away. We have great peace of mind knowing this clinic is near to family members should an issue ever arise with our dog when we visit. Highly recommend!”

“Greg and Dr. Yamada were the first people who saw Francis when I brought her in. They were both very kind and knowledgeable. She came in with a UTI. She’d been treated at another clinic that was…well below expectations and quite expensive, so I decided to try Treehouse. I’m really glad I did. They accepted her records from the previous clinic so I wouldn’t need to have another UTI test done, gave her a Covenia shot at my request as Francis does not take medication well at all. She was right as rain in less than 24 hours. Since then Dr. Yamada has done a teeth cleaning as well, and that was a great experience too. Francis is a skittish rescue cat and they take their time with her to ensure she is comfortable and try to make the experience as stress free as possible. I think I can definitely say this is our new vet home. Highly recommend.”

“Dr. Julian Peckich and his entire staff are top notch at what they do. Our dog Charlie was a patient of theirs for 6.5 years. As our dog got older Dr. Peckich kept me informed on his conditions, including a heart murmur. Charlie was diagnosed with kidney disease in March 2021. I wasn't ready to see my dog decline so Dr. Peckich taught me how to administer intravenous fluids at home along with medication and a special diet. Because of this, we had an extra 3.5 years with our beloved dog. It was his heart murmur that eventually progressed, but at least we weren't surprised in knowing that had had this underlying condition as well. Our dog lived to almost 15 years old because of their excellent care and support. Everyone there is so kind and efficient at what they do. You can tell that they all care about their patients and their owners. We're so glad that we had this vet clinic to go to during our dog's most needed years of care. Thank you all for what great work you do!”

“Our dogs Roxie and Rosie have been seeing Dr Rox for probably 10 years now. She is very thorough, her documentation is meticulous, and if she doesn’t know the answer she has many resources to get the right information. (We have had some very complicated issues.) Dr Rox makes safe and evidenced based recommendations. In 10 years there have been communication mistakes regarding appointment times/dates, prescription refills, etc but it’s only occasionally and at the end of the day we know that Dr Rox and the staff at Arkle really care about our babies. Any miscommunication was resolved quickly and satisfactorily. Dr Rox has spent hours with us over the years making sure that we know how to take care of the pups. When we worked with a rescue and had to take our foster to another vet for price/discounts, we could definitely tell other vets don’t take the time like Dr Rox does.”

“My dogs mean so much to me and finding someone that treats them right and cares about them means the world to me. I have had vets in the past that have been awful. This is not one of those places. Every person I have interacted with here have been so kind. They have genuinely loved my dogs and have not feared them either. I have some big babies too. When I had to put them down, even though it was the worst situation and I was a mess, they made it as easy for me as possible and I will never be able to thank them enough for that.

Dr Ponce saw our German Shepherd Dog for. a raging ear infection. She gave him two shots which helped him tremendously and meant we didn’t have to treat him at home. He loves her but was in a lot of pain. We love Windy Hill Animal Hospital. Update: Saw Dr Ponce recently for bumps. She carefully examined Ty and did adjustments on him. We were reassured and he felt better. We love Dr Ponce and Windy Hill Animal Hospital and so does Ty! Update 10/11/24. Our dog was itching horribly and we took him back to Dr Ponce. She gave him a shot and prescribed new pills for him. Worked like a charm. We all love dr Ponce and Windy Hill Animal Hospital. Thanks!-”

“Both the vet tech and the vet were very friendly. My cat is skiddish and they both were very caring with her. This group was upfront with the cost of each thing they were suggesting for my cat's care. I like that they are just focsued on cats and not all pets. The nail clippings were free with all other services which is a huge plus over other vets. Easy to find, tons of parking and all the staff was friendly and welcoming.”

“Our journey with Apex started 10 years ago when we moved to Smyrna and brought our then 3 year old Golden Retriever, Hudson to Dr. Cary, who had just opened Apex. Immediately we knew we were in wonderful hands with not only her, but the entire staff.
Over Hudson's almost 9 years as a patient, he, and us, were treated with kindness and love, always receiving the best care. When our boy got sick, Jamie carried him from my car, all 80 lbs of him, into a room and back and forth for his testing. When we said goodbye to him, I could see their genuine compassion, and they were so respectful of our last moments with him. Our family is eternally grateful for all they did.
This is why there wasn't any question of where we'd bring our new girl. Dr Cary, Barbara, Kari, and all the other vet tech are the best around, and I can not recommend them highly enough.”

“We just recently started bringing our BIG fur baby to Bullard. We weren't real happy with our old vet, as after 4 years, he still never wanted to go in and would growl at the vet and have to be muzzled. I know as a Pitt, a lot are already scared of the breed. There was a few other things that prompted us to switch. After several recommendations on Bullard, we decided to do the switch. I'm SO HAPPY we did. We found out he needed surgery. I dreaded surgery because all i heard was dollars flying out the window... but when given the estimate, was surprised at how reasonable it was. Today he had to go in to be rechecked, due to concerns I seen on his ear that had surgery. He went straight back, let them look at it, clean it and mess with it, and really didn't act scared at all. After they checked him and cleaned his drainage tube, I asked what I owed, and was told nothing. I wanted to wait until recovery from surgery was over to do a review, but after today, felt no need to wait. He ALWAYS walks in, I haven't heard him growl at not one person and, as far as I know, never been muzzled. He's so comfortable there and that means the world to me. I'm a firm believer that dogs/cats (animals in general) know when they're near good people, and I feel he sees that here. I no longer dread vet trips, and I'm so very grateful for that.”

This clinic will also be upfront about what they can and can’t do (surgeries that require overnight care, for example) and do not scare you into doing unnecessary tests and procedures.”

“My dog fell off the bed in the middle of the night and injured his leg. CAC was able to get us in the next morning. The vet that we saw was someone filling in for the normal vets. Dr Navarro was very good and explained everything very well. She was able to provide me with a recommendation for the surgery that Snitch needs. The vet she recommended was very thorough and reasonably priced. Overall I was very happy with the visit, as always.”

“This Amazing place saved my Moo man! We have a 3 1/2 year old Shih Tzu, who had a very rare bad allergic reaction to one of the vaccines administered by another vet clinic doctor (Banfield) then they misdiagnosed him after giving him the vaccine. Let’s just say after alot of worry & stress..5K later we ended up at this Wonderful place, they are the best!!! He returned back to health shortly after our first visit & administration of Dr. prescriptions.
These Doctors are Experts?at what they do. It was a learning lesson for me to be careful with what we allow him to be given now. We consult with them before to be safe. The office is super efficient & easy to communicate with.

“The BEST veterinarian I've ever encountered. When Savannah became ill, I was unsure where to take her. I had been going to a reputable veterinarian hospital, since I moved to GA. They were great, but always busy. I took the earliest appt, which was 5 days later. I was in a pet bakery and was given Dr. Mclean's information. I called was seen the next day and was there for the next 45 days! Vetcare of Belmont became my family. They took care of my Savannah until her last days. Dr. McLean and his entire staff are AMAZING. They love their patients, they are reasonable and they have an on call system. I know because I used and Dr MClean personally called me back at 245am. And i took Savannah to them the next morning.
