Good location, but poor customer service, most of the workers at the counters have bad attitudes, especially the short stout lady with the bad curly weave, she always has something smart to say, as if she is so bothered to do her job, she suggested that I use a self-serve kiosk when there was absolutely no line, If you're going to be a UPS worker, be the best at your job and leave your bad attitude at home...Owner/managers your workers need more training on good customer service. The only reason I visit this location is as a last resort because it is close to my home, but I usually go to the UPS store on Floyd Rd/ East-West connector... Better customer service!

Customer service is HORRIBLE. I’ve been to this store 3x in the last month to conduct business and EVERY visit has been horrible. They don’t speak when you come in, and when you start touching things or helping yourself, then they’ll ask if they can help. Even with a line, it’s polite to say “welcome/we will be with you shortly, etc. We needed a notary and to use the computer. I asked, politely, if there was one in the building. Sometimes the notary isn’t in so I asked. Her response was “You coming in here asking if it’s a notary, of course it is, I’m the notary, heyyyy” With her hands on her hips. 1st of all soul sister, this is a place of business so conduct yourself accordingly. Have some class about yourself working the front counter. You better off working at McDonalds. The guy was also VERY rude and DRY. No thanks you’s or you’re welcome. As many people that you’re gonna encounter this upcoming season I’m sad that they’ll have to deal with this type of customer service and I will be doing the review on the receipt as well

Rude and impatient with their customers but somehow really slow. Waited in line for 20 minutes to drop off an amazon order with only 2 people in front of me. Lady got mad as I put my package down then pulled up the QR code for her. Told me I should have been more prepared.

UPS has lost a customer for life. It was $17 to ship ground which I don’t blame the store for what I do blame the store for is I asked for a box. What I was shipping was taken from me, put in a box and taped up. I was then charged $4 for a box, $1.50 for wrapping which wasn’t used! and a $1 for “packing service”. There was people there and I didn’t see it until the transaction was complete so I just walked out. No yelling. Just never shipping UPS again.

Ugghhh….every time I go to this location I regret it. Went on 11/10/23 at 1:30 pm. They as always so rude and act as if annoyed you are in there. I have lived in the area ever since they opened and often drive to a further away store just to avoid them. A new girl was working today…she was friendly but it was obvious she was learning. Her co-worker/manager was very annoyed with her…she was only trying to learn.

Save yourself time and frustration and avoid this location at all cost!!!! I ship packages 4-5 a week through UPS and this has to be the SLOWEST UPS there is. The wait times are way too long regardless of the amount of people in line. It will be 4 workers and 2 people in line and the wait will still be 20 minutes??? Workers are EXTREMELY inefficient, purposefully slow, and uncaring about how long you’ve been waiting. Wendy is the only worker who is quick, friendly, and efficient. I’ve been to plenty other UPS location where there were longer lines and shorter wait times.

This location is hit or miss, sometimes it’s a quick in and out others you might be standing in line for awhile depending on what the people in front of you have to do. A place like this should be staffed with 3 employees minimum due to the nature of in line customers, phone calls, packing, helping people make copies etc but there is always only one or two employees working.

Have waited in lines for way longer than anyone should. Manager proceeded to pack a package for a previous customer, rathet than help minimize the line formed. When I asked employee a question about it she also was rude with her response. Very sad because one worker that's often there is amazing, while she is there she smiles, and the line moves. Managed many placed and u never leave one worker to do it all jump in help then both of u can finish the package packing. Also don't be rude cause that just further angers people.

Been going here for Amazon returns for about a year and never had any issues. The lines go pretty fast and the staff is very friendly/helpful.

We went here to ship a phone back. Didn't quite understand how the return label situation worked so asked when we got to the counter. The manager I believe his name was Shawn was immediately irritated. It wasn't what he said but HOW he said it. Once we figured it out & emailed the label to the store. The manager printed it out. He handed it to me to review. Then snatched it out of my hand. My boyfriend & I never got an attitude & remained gracious but it was like the manager was determined to be rude. We refused to sink into his energy and thanked him as we were leaving. He didn't even reply. His energy, body language & tone was horrible and affected the entire store. Never a smile, a thank you, he acted as if the customers were interrupting his work. My first and last time at this location!
