Ms. Cheryl Niles was absolutely one of the best customer service representatives I have ever worked with. She made me feel valued and was so professional and respectful throughout the entire procedure of processing the loan. I would recommend this location to anyone if you needed to borrow money using your car title.

Cheryl was very helpful. Walked me through the entire process including how to log into the online portal. Very professional but be prepared to sit for up to an hour as the appraisal and approval process can take some time.

My wife and I came in, and Ms. Cheryl was wonderful. We got our title loan we needed and had a few laughs and giggles while we did the application. She was thorough, friendly, and has a great demeanor. You can feel her positive energy radiating from her. Great great soul and absolutely wonderful to work with. I would recommend Title Max.
