“I have shipped barrels to Ghana twice with TKB. Both experiences were pleasant and professional. I live in Columbia, SC. It took a while to get it done (communication lapses) but TKB's friendly staff drove several hours from GA to my home for the pickup of 3 barrels. The rates were decent. In 2021, my shipment arrived in Ghana quickly with everything intact. At that time they sent pics of the barrels in the container. That was reassuring. The process went smooth when the barrels arrived in Ghana as well. I will provide an update when the second shipment (August 2022 pickup) has concluded. By the way, I was out of the country for the second shipment. TKB staff coordinated with my parents for the pickup and communicated with me overseas so I would be kept in the loop. Overall, I highly recommend this company for shipping to Ghana.”

“This company is absolutely awful!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!! Not only do they overcharge for freight, they sent a senior citizen to lift 1886 pounds. He refused to lift it-despite me paying and it being his job, and no supervisor would help me. I was told that it needed to be left on the curb. BUTTTTTT, the director Jared was contact, he resolved the whole issue. He came out to the location himself and didn't leave until it was resolved. He also discount a few services. He made it all worth it. Kudos to Jared for amazing customer service!!”

“If you know how to follow instructions the printing out a document should be no problem. The day before a football game I needed to print a parking pass. Easy task except I don't have a printer, my office is closed, and the library is on a holiday schedule. OMG. I thought Kinkos immediately. I walked in and asked for help but the self service printers have everything you need. It's fairly cheap to print off a black and white copy, so don't worry about breaking the bank. I was able to accomplish in under 15 minutes. Check this out for next office supply and printing needs.”

“Was here when the doors opened @ 0700AM. Had an 0800AM was unloaded before my appointment. Per their plant manager, they have to have you unloaded in 2 hrs. They have a schedule of so many trucks per day to make sure this happens. If you show up late, not your schedule day for your appointment etc...you will become a work in. So just know at that point you can be here all day or even pushed to the next day. This place is awesome in my opinion. So with that being said drivers show up early and drop your load early or be late and don't complain about the all day waiting or next day, thats on you!!”
