I didn't like the attitude that was given to me and how I asked for something and was given something that I didn't want bc the person didn't want to look for the item that I saw was there and only gave me the nearest item I'll never stop by another shell in my life I'm so disgusted by the attitude

Not sure why I can't pay at the pump @ 8:45pm on 12/30/2022 . But I'm not coming in to your store that defeats the purpose. This was my last time patronizing this location. This was on my route to another Shell.

I will never spend my money there again, very poor customer service. One of the attendants is very rude and disrespectful. I think he has a problem with women and men of color. I don't think he knows he is a minority also, just like most of his customers. I would like to see this location gone. There is a race trac and QT near by.

Black cashier was spitting out sunflower seeds into one hand whilst taking them out with his other hand.. all whilst he touched/ grabbed the items to scan them. Soo Disgusting. I felt like I was going to throw up

Update to my post below - I went back to this gas station again to see if I would have the same experience and sure enough they did it again. He added a dollar to my total and I called him out on it again. Once again he changed it to the correct price. For the record it's not about the money it's about the deceit. If it says a certain price that's what I should be charged, if you want more for the product change the price on the shelf to reflect the price you want. Ripping someone off is not good at all. Please stop doing this. I'll go back one more time to see if it happens again, if it does I'll just stop going to this gas station all together.The person in the previous post was absolutely right. I rarely post reviews but I'm posting one today because of my experience at this gas station. THEY CHANGE PRICES WHEN THEY CHECK YOU OUT. TRUST ME IT HAPPENED TO ME SEVERAL TIMES. Either know your estimated total before you get to the register or go to another gas station all together. They are very good at adding extra dollars to your total especially when you have multiple items. In my case they added an extra $4 to my total and I called him out on it, then he changed it to the correct total. Make sure you get a receipt if you go to this gas station.

My husband and son has been supporting this gas station since 2005. My husband has been visiting more often since the pandemic and has noticed that the attendants are very rude. They’re always so aggressive when talking to my husband or other customers. These people comes in the neighborhood and think they could treat minorities as if they’re are less than. I’ll post this on my neighbor website so thousands of people could see this. Additionally, I’ll contact the activist who protested the gas station in SW Atlanta to sell.

Scam!! Gave one star because I had no other option. This Shell gas station took $75.00 from my debit card when I was trying to add $5.00 gas on my car. When I complain to the staff I was told to call my bank to get my money back. When I call my bank they told me She’ll should have inverse the funds. Now I need to wait to the end of the day to have my bank dispute the wrong charges from Shell Gas Station. Never will use that gas station again.

SCAM ALERT. these people like to cgarge more than the marked price. I live near by and was a regluar customer until this happened multiple times. The clerks pretend not to know what your talking abouy if you call them out but numbers dont lie. Dont let them get you too.
