Honest, WITH PICTURES! They show not just tell and had the work done in a reasonable amount of time WITH simple courtesy and explanation of what’s needed. Being on a budget this helps as I can now know exactly what is going on with my vehicle. Not just some sketchy dude sayen, “trust me” integrity is important and I felt like they used it with me. I started taking my vehicles to Rick's last summer and I only trust them! They are very professional and friendly. They perform a through diagnostic for your vehicle in order to repair it properly without guessing or adding extra and unnecessary fees. I would recommend Rick's to everyone because they treat you special and they really get the job done!!

I was in a desperate situation when my car broke down and I prayed that I would find a shop that would be fair and not ready to take advantage of my situation. Even though I was ready to spend whatever it took to get my car back on the road, they diagnosed my problem and gave me the good news that I needed. The customer service is the best and if I ever need work to done on my car that’s where I’m going and if anyone needs a good place to take their vehicle that’s where I recommend. The team here is awesome. They always work fast, go the extra mile to check and fix little things. Rick's Automotive has been the best place I've been taking my chevy vehicles the last 3 years. They just about any problem with any model vehicle and if something is not done right they stand behind fixing it right and making the customer whole again. I would definitely recommend giving them a try if you have any vehicle problems.

Not Trustwotry at all. Lied to me, told me my head gasket was bad. Over 7k worth of work. Took it to the dealership for a second opinion. Dealership found no such thing. Vehicle has now been driving flawlessly for 4 months now.Pricing extremely over priced for labor and parts.DISHONEST
