The white lady in there is rude she was watching me and my family before we even entered she wouldn’t allow me to open a account because I didn’t come in with my cousin I feel racially discriminated against all we was trying to do was literally open a account and she lied saying there were no appointments but my cousin was a walk in she denied making my cousin a account they had the nerve to ask a 18yr old for a utility bill knowing she wouldn’t have one when we called on the phone all we was told to bring id and picture of social security card and the black lady in there was filing her nails making faces at me very unprofessional asking me what car I came in why do that matter it has nothing to do with opening a account.

Sarah the manager was so helpful it was such a quick and fast response after I was being told to come all the way to the store for a simple question by an associate who was just dismissing me . Exactly why I always ask for the manager they care

I came here to have a serious issue w/my acct resolved - an issue that was caused by Regions’ error - and was met by Richard. He REFUSED to help me and simply wanted me to leave. He even started raising his voice when I made it clear that I was not leaving until I got some assistance. His excuse was that since the person who originally helped me wasn’t available, he didn’t “want to get involved” and it’s best I just leave and wait on them to call me (whenever that would be, of course). Can you imagine having a job that’s in the realm of customer service and yet you refuse to actually service the customers? I finally requested to speak with a manager. While I was speaking w/the mgr, he stood just outside the doorway, behaving like a watchdog. There is only ONE reason why a customer is met w/dismissiveness, hostility and policing. Does Richard treat all customers this way or only the ones he feels don’t belong there? It’d be in Regions best interest to do a better job at screening their employees and correcting prejudicial behavior.
