Make it make sense! How do you turn away customers because if the color of their skin! It's raining and multiple people are inside to escape the rain. They have the audacity to turn away the brown children while their white counterparts stay dry. This truly pisses me off in 2024!!!

Get lottery fast like their soft cone ice cream. Didn't have to wait long for me to get to the caisher... They go pretty fast getting gas and all. Good drinks.

I went to pump #3 & tap my card, but it said card reader error. Inserted still an error. Went inside to get $25 & to let empl know of possible card reader problems. Instead of thank you, he made excuses of how it had to be me. When I got back to car to fill tank, this idiot charged $35, not $25. I clicked the button on nossil so that it will automatically stop once tank is full. Instead gas gushed out on me, car & ground. I snatched to nossil out & had to pull the automatic thingy out bc gas was still coming out. I went inside to tell the same guy what happened and to get a refund of what I didn't use of the $35. This ignorant young black guy, tells me, there is no problem with pump #3, he don't know what to tell me, but there's no problem with pump 3. I said, so you're telling me I'm lying? How would you know if something is wrong unless someone (me) tell you. This is why I asked for a Mgr, not a mashugana. My foot is smelling like gas, I have to go to your restroom and wash my foot. Instead of you AT least saying I apologize about what happened to you, you feel like you need to disrespect me, about QT gaspump. I didn't even ask for a refund of the gas tat spilled out. I just wanted to advise you.

SlowTrip. One cashier for ten people in line. The coffee tastes like water. And let's not forget the "Free Air" for your tires doesn't work either, like all of the other "QuikTrips"

Ladies in here unprofessional. You don't get greeted in traditional quick trip fashion and they stay on cellphones while the line is out the door. They don't offer a receipt and act like we (customers) are doing them a favor. Please train these young ladies on professionalism.
