I have been very pleased with the customer service and the cleaning. I was impressed (and didn't think anyone) by the spills on a suede jacket, removed and like new. Always on time and always pleasant!!

Took a dress to be hemmed, they charged me $40 to hem a dress and didn't even do it right. The hem was uneven, they cut entirely way more than I asked. Will never set foot here again. Dress useless now and can't be worn. Wasted my money and ruined my dress

Pride Cleaners ruined my husband's suit, and didn't tell me when I picked it up. I discovered it as I was packing to leave for my brother's wedding the next day. My husband had to rush out to replace the suit on the day we were leaving. This company does not care at all that they ruined the suit (and also, the dress shirts they cleaned looked terrible and had long creases down the front). I have had to call repeatedly to finally get a reimbursement for the suit. I was also told on 12/19 that I would be refunded for the dry cleaning first thing the next day. I have yet to be refunded and no one will call me back about it. I have talked to multiple people about this issue, and the only one to actually apologize and recognize that this is unacceptable, is the young guy working part time at the store. The management simply does not care! Save yourself a headache and go elsewhere.

Quick, reasonably priced and done well. I took my husband’s velvet suit jacket here and they did a great job cleaning it. Love that they have a drive through.

This was a very poor job. If you guys could not get the stains out you should have mentioned it and not just cover it over and returned it. This was first and last experience. Smh
