The ATM rarely works (is out of service) and the bank tellers are very somewhat slow with poor communication.

Go see Joe! He knows his stuff! The staff is exceptional; they are extremely friendly. If I am sitting waiting to be seen each and every staff member has asked me if I have been helped.

I use to love them but PNC is falling off. I showed them where deposit hit bank but it disappeared overnight literally. Even with proof all they can do is escalate dispute. I may not get my money for 2 or 3 days and all I get is a sorry! I can't get a credit until it reappears or something!? This is not how you treat loyal customers of nearly 10 years. I called support and she blame my job but they verified it wasn't reversed. If their support would've sent me a survey it would have been a 1 or 0 as well

I've been with PNC for years and have always been helped and treated with the upmost respect!! I'd like to add that people who have given a bad review, should probably look at that remark I made about respect! You have to know how to be respectful,to receive respect!! In most circumstances you get what you give! If you give off that your entitled you just might get entitled to abrupt treatment! Thanks PNC! Love you guys!

I been banking with PNC for about 4 years now and I have never had any issues with them the employees have always been friendly and helpful just one remark on the branch in Fairborn Rd and Hospital Drive one of the teller there didn't wanted to help me with a service I requested (Fax) I need it fax for security purposes and she refused because PNC doesn't do that as a customer I don't see why a simple fax service can't be done for a customer that was there I did got it fax by the branch in Mableton though I was pleased with the gentleman help there so every one situation is diferente that doesn't make the PNC BANK a bad place to do business with

The worst branch in PNCs footprint. I sat in my car on the phone while the nosey teller at the drive thru calls the police to waste the police officers time and reported I was taking pictures. I was not taking pictures first of all and even if I was it isn't against the law. So they wasted the police officers time instead of doing their job. Every one in this branch that was working that Saturday should be fired. I have been inside this branch before and the women behind the counter have no life or conversation. Obviously they could not work anywhere else. Avoid this branch.

i experienced some issues with my sign on for online banking and for mobile banking. Called the 800 number and wow to my surprise they were experiencing higher than normal call volume(just a note i have never called this customer service line that it did not say this message. the time was over 30 minutes and 30 minutes passed and still never got a person to talk with. i attemted to make an appointment with my local branch but you cannot make an appointment unless you can get to your account online. so now i have no access to my online services including mobile banking and according to the website their banking centers are closed to appointment only. RIDICULOUS! so i guess i just have to wait out till all my funds get depleted with the monthly service fee to close the account...but wait you cant cause i cannot visit, call or use online. i'll be looking for a bank that has associates that work for the customers and avaoid PNC in the future unless you like no help from a company i would look else where

Also excellent service just a few more miles further absolutely the best of courtesy and ,i have had all my unexpectable services provided and i used them for my inheritance and money left to me from my mother as i turned 18 and 21 so i can say i have used them off and on for the past 20 years and other assets my grandpas money and as long as i kept a certaim ammount in there everything was free which taught me new ways to save and forgett about it that way theres always an emergency put up !!!!!!!!!!!!
