I purchased a flex steel couch and recliner from pats furniture in 2020. While the purchasing process and delivery were both excellent, the products were a disappointment. In the span of 4 years, the couch has developed 3 separate tears along the seams. When I reached out to the store for recommendations for getting them mended, the furniture repairman they referred me to stated that the there is nothing that can be done. This is not something I would expect given the price of the furniture.

I had a really good experience. I knew that I wanted a Flex-steel recliner and they carry them. But i was pleasantly surprised at how knowledgeable the lady was that assisted me. I believe she is the co-owner she owns at least two of these recliners. She really made me feel good about my purchase. I would pay for the delivery they did a great job setting up the chair. I have had it for just a week but I can't get enough of it. Thanks Pat's Furniture I plan to come back

Great selection of very nice furniture. The owner of the store was very knowledgeable about his product and spent about 30 minutes talking to us. Highly recommend this place.

I worked here from 1986 (high school job) until 1992. First rate furniture store. As far as quality probably the best in the entire surrounding area! I've known the owners for over 30 years now. They are great people!!???

Fantastic people to deal with. I skipped it originally because I thought I had to go to big box stores to see furniture. I came back around and found that they know furniture and how it should be built. We have furniture that will last for years now.

I purchased a sofa and loveseat from Pat'sn it's leather and powered seats but what my wife and I got was worn out! The sofa has a lumbar feature that was noisy on the sofa and one cushion on the loveseat was crushed, we though it would be either replaced or repaired. The sofa was fixed but the cushion was never fixed and any type repairs made were botched, both Flexsteeln the manufacturer, and Pat's furniture just gave up!
