I like my feet but the older lady with the red glasses that did my toes didn’t say 1 word to me then the young lady that ring me up didn’t say 1 word lol it was fast but no air I guess it don’t work

The lady with the short bob hair is very rude I asked for simple white nails and they cost $60 they were Acrylic nails but wow that's a lot of money and they came out lumpy and ugly then my sister asked for something else with a design and it cost less and I was like how?. Then a few months later we went back another lady did my sisters nails and a man did my sisters feet the man told her it was $30 then when he finished he told her it was $50 she told him he should have told her that before hand. The lady that did her hair she's thin she has long hair and braces. She had a whole attitude the whole time we didn't know why. My sister was trying to start a conversation and she completely shut her down. she said (the lady) 'I can no focus with you talking I need quiet can you be quiet." I would have respected it if she had said it nice and calm but she said it with an attitude. I do not suggest ANYONE to go here there's fly's flying everywhere and the floor is very much dusty. They get a big 1 star from me never again will I come here. SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE THE WORST ONE EVER!!!

They should receive ZERO STARS.Terrible Customer service very rude! I received a pedicure and a full set. The person was a guy he filed my toes nails slanted. I don't think he did it on purpose I honestly think he cannot see properly. FOUR DAYS later after my full set my nails started lifting I went to salon immediately and they refuse to fix it and tried to make me pay. I had to go to another nail salon and get a full set all over again and that's when I also notice I had fungus on my nails! Please stay away from this nail salon if you don't want to receive POOR SERVICES!

Listen the lady with the bob cut at station #4….. she can’t do nails and she doesn’t try.. She did my nails and she didn’t file them good no matter what I said she acted like she just didn’t care. The guy who works there told me to come in on today MONDAY after I got off at 6:30 to have them filed more off the top etc. I get there and he’s not working but this lady tells me that she gets off at 7 so she can’t do it. Ma’am! You did this to my nails!! I failed to look at the reviews before going to this hole in the wall. I went up the road to FRENCH NAILS & SPA located in the Publix shopping center and they took me in with open arms and immediately corrected my nails. They were full but you can tell they take their business seriously and respect clients. I will NEVER go back to this place as they’re the most unprofessional nail place i have ever been to.

despite all the reviews, today i stepped foot in this establishment and was amazed by the atmosphere and the positive energy everyone working gave! It can be a little busy due to it being family owned but they will get all the customers they can and try their best on each and every single one of them. i came in for a mani/pedi and got what i asked for! the teenage was the one who hooked me up with a design on the nails too! keep on lookout for this family established nail salon

My daughter and I have been trying to get our nails done for three days!! We go today and sit n sit n sit for an hour and a half then a lady comes in and sits for not even 20 minutes and gets called. We’ll what about my daughter? What about me? What about the other lady that’s been sitting there almost as long as we have? I call to make an appointment and they say they can’t make appointments it’s 1st come 1st serve. NAH. Bc if that was the case that other lady ,my daughter or I would’ve been in the chair next. DO NOT GO HERE!! I wish I could give zero stars. Oh and and they give gifts to only some not all.

This is the dirtiest, sorriest, RUDEST establishment I have EVER been in I have always told my daughters to stick with who you like. I did not take my own advice They did not greet us when we walked in and there was ONLY ONE CUSTOMER THERE! They did a terrible job on my hands and feet and expected pay When I said I was not going to pay, the old female jumped up as if she was going to fight along with that one who I think is in charge I REALLY suggest you all NOT giving the sorry people at Mimi's your money I wish I took photos I could not wait to have another pedi/mani with whom I usually go to -and that is Cindy and Tiffany at Buckhead Nails

This establishment doesn't appear to follow cleanliness protocols. The tools were not cleaned between customers. The place could use a cleaning, I saw a spider web. The guy used the hot towel on my legs then dropped it on the floor to clean wipe a spill. There service felt rushed. I have been before and the experience was better. I wish I had read the recent reviews. I will not be returning.Four day update - The skin around my cuticles from my manicure is peeling and sore. This is was a horrible experience.

I had a friend go there for her nails. She was not satisfied. The young lady didn’t even get the length she asked for.Then still had to pay full price for her nails . I just don’t know how they can let customers walk out knowing they’re not satisfied. I just want to say do better I know 14 years who have done nails better.

Even though I read all the reviews I needed a pedicure so It was close by where I was going so I stopped in... I should have know when I walked in there was only one person there. So inwas immediately seated.. the young lady told me the prices....well the middle age lady who did my feet was a bit rougher than I'm used too... and then she nicked my foot on the side. .. and acted like nothing happen ... I probably would have been ok if she said had apologized... but she kept going. No ointment no medicine no nothing...she didn't say anything the whole time just moving my feet and pointing....
